size up if you have any hips at all!
I couldn't get this over my hips so didn't even get to wear. Maybe I'd try again and size up, but I'm guessing it would be big in the waist? Wish there were a zipper!

Wrinkles and unstructured belt
The pattern is nice, but the dress feels bunchy....maybe if I'd had time to iron it, that would have been solved. The waist sits high on me and the sewn in fabric belt doesn't do anything to flatter. It was fine but I probably won't rent again.

This was perfect for the event dinner I attended. The fabric is heavier so it hangs really nicely and is a flattering fit. It’s soft so feels good to wear. Best for cooler weather. I’ll definitely rent this again!

That's a pretty high slit...
I liked the idea but I'm not comfortable with the high slit. I added a belt for some shape and a slip skirt for modesty and I think that worked well enough, but didn't love it.

Pulls together the look
It's a bit oversized and the arms are long but you can push them up as pictured or just leave long. It's just the right weight to transition into spring (on the west coast...can't speak to what it's like to go from winter to spring on the east coast right now!) and adds something extra to a simple blouse and bottoms.

It seems like this could edge into kaftan territory, but it has a fitted waist that gives it shape. So the comfort of a roomy dress without the fabric swallowing you up.

Odd waist line
The quality is so nice, it's dressier in person than the pictures looked. I wanted to like this, but the waist: it's too low to be an empire, and too high to sit at a natural waist...it's a weird in-between that was unflattering and ruins the look of the dress (on me anyway). Might be great for a maternity dress?

Unexpected LOVE
I rented this on a fluke.. I thought the ruffles, the sleeves, the bow, would all just be too much. I was so wrong! It looked amazing on. The color is beautiful, the fit is flattering, don't have to worry about a slip or shapewear, so it's a throw on and go. A new favorite.

I really liked the color and subtle pattern on this one. Loved the belled sleeves. Remember it has an open back, it closes with just two ties. It's body skimming, not form fitting, but I did need shape wear for the tummy.
