Even though it's winter it was just right with a long jacket. 

This dress is perfection.  So comfortable, so cute, not huge for the petite ladies.  I wish I could afford to just buy it 😭

I love a shirt dress and this one was wonderful. Perfect fit and great for a fall day. 

Fits well—the tie waist and flowing skirt are flattering and the colors are so pretty. Great for work or elevated everyday 

I'm typically not a fan of "grannie's drapes" patterns, but I felt like this one wasn't too bad.  I really liked it on and felt it was flattering, with the belt around the waist.  Light weight material - perfect for the office!  

Fits easy (a line with belt tie), looks professional, but definitely could wear to party, church, dinner etc. Very comfy. Material was light and breezy though so although it’s long sleeves and long dress, I’d actually say it’s not a winter dress. 

Travels well with the material not showing wrinkles. 

Super fun print. I was surprised how light the material was since it had long sleeves. Not super warm but probably ok through the seasons. 

I loved this dress. Typical Derek Lam dress fit but the color/pattern was better than average. I liked the pop of silver in the buttons. This is a great and versatile work dress that could easily segue to nighttime. 

The dress fit perfectly and can be used for a dressy dinner or work for a casual outing 

I enjoyed wearing this dress - the skirt part is flowing and with the belt it gives a fit and flare effect. Elegant but also for every day wear.

Love the colors and fit. Belt can be tied as snug as needed to cinch the waist. And I am legally obligated to mention it has pockets! 

I loved this dress. I did not realize from the pictures that the skirt was tiered and didn’t love the way it hit on my hips initially but you can’t see the tiering with the pattern. Beautiful color and tons of compliments. Easy to dress up with heels or down with sneakers. 

I got to see one of my fashion heroes, SJP and felt proud of my look. It was epically confidence building. I loved the color and the fit and how great it hugged my figure. Such a beautiful dress for Fall!

Great work dress.  Not super fitted and conservative cut balanced with a fun pattern.  Material is pretty lightweight. 


Beautiful color blue. Fit well and wore to work and a brunch. Did have static and stuck to me so a slip is needed. 

The colors aren't as vibrant as the photo and the fit was just ok! This dress isn't super flattering, but it's also not unflattering at the same time. 

Got lots of compliments on this dress at work. The darker blue tones make it great for fall and winter. Lighter material that is lined well and is not too heavy. 

I love how Derek Lam dresses fit. I wish this one was a little shorter and the tie was a little tighter so accentuate the waist. But it’s super comfortable, flattering, and true to size. Colors are lovely too. 

True to size, but I’d say if you have bigger hips size up. I’m more of a rectangle shape and there’s a seam right across the butt/hips that doesn’t stretch and would be more uncomfortable if more of a pear shape. Does the job for work travel though!

Weird fit and not really friendly to my body shape. I wouldn’t get it again. 

This is the standard Derek Lam dress I really like, but the sleeves were a weird length, so I had to roll up. Also, I hated the buttons. It was just okay. 

Not feeling it for the event I’m going to. A bit matronly. Perfect for work 

Fit TTS. Wore 3x: casual wedding, work, fundraiser dinner. Buttons are silver. Would buy but just don't need for the price. Belt is sewn in uneven, but I'm the only one who noticed. Great fabric, not too bulky or thin.

I wore this for a winter work event. I never know how to dress for cold weather in Florida. This dress worked great. It would work well with boots, tights, a nice coat, etc. I layered a bodysuit under for warmth. 

This navy floral print is just lovely.  One of those, you just need to try on. Great color for most complexions, too.  Tailored with an attached tie belt gives nice waist-cinch definition.  Easily dressed up or down with its button-up collar/silver button accents.

Wore it twice. Comfortable and flowy. I wish the facing of the fabric were printed since you see the back side where it drapes open at the neckline. Otherwise no complaints. 

Fabric is thin, no lining, but very comfortable
