I really liked the dress, although I concur with the other reviewers that the band is a bit too tight. But that wasn't the thing which was my big problem: the cap sleeves prevented me from lifting my arms above waist high.

Loved most about this. I wore it over a black pencil skirt and it was great. I think it's a bit short waisted, but it's still cold here so I wore it with a lightweight long sleeve t-shirt underneath and that addressed the slightly odd armhole shape and the bit too short on the sides (slit) for the office issues.

From the back, it's a pair of capri pants, from the front a panel turns it into a skirt. I wore it to a board meeting (I'm a CTO) and it was just the right note. My only gripe was that the front panel was integrated with the right pant leg, which made it a bit awkward to cross legs. Oh and hang on to it when you open the top closure or it cascades to the floor in a heap. A bit awkward in the restroom.

Nice shape, liked the details. animal print wasn't over the top - almost camo. As hard as I tried though, I couldn't zip on the hood. Good thing I liked it without.
