Great party dress! Black and gold.
Having read the reviews that the chest ran small, I ordered up a size from what I might typically in a full skirted dress. I found the dress to fit relatively true to size however. I loved the dress and found it really comfortable - the color is champagne in person and definitely not too light to wear to a wedding. I thought this would be a great NYE cocktail option too. The black textured pattern on the skirt and sleeve line makes it feel dressy. The fabric is a bit unusual, I found its reflective nature photographed better in some light than others, but I received plenty of compliments and was really happy with my choice for this late fall wedding!

Great color and style for any season
Wore this to a summer wedding. The skirt has just enough poof to make it comfortable to dance in but the top is fitted and flattering. I thought the color would be a bit more organgey/red but was a bit more cherry red in person. Still beautiful and very wearable for many occasions.

Beautiful dress, top runs small
This dress was great. I read the reviews that the bust ran small and that the color is much more neon in person than it appears online. Both were definitely true; I ordered up a size bigger than I would normally wear in a dress with a fitted bust and flared skirt. I wore this for a summer wedding and got so many compliments! The bride loved it so much she rented it a week later for another wedding.

Perfect breezy summery dress
Wore it for a Texas wedding, loved the fit, color and movement of the dress. Might wish the colors were a little brighter, they are perhaps slightly muted.

Had potential, but was a no go
Unfortunately this was my first experience where the dress just not what I expected. The fabric was very heavy and had a shinier quality than I imagined. The pretty coral color pictured was a burnt orange in actuality. The crisp pleated wave down the front looked sloppy and the hem appeared to have been either raised or let out such that it was highly visible and a little stretched or lopsided. Luckily, my backup size hadn't been available at the last moment and I was sent another dress by RTR that was a better fit all around, but this one was a disappointment, despite seeing some pictures of other women that wore it well!

Loved this dress, elegant and as pictured
I was able to go a size down because of the full skirt, I'm slightly smaller on top but probably could have worn either comfortably. Great for a formal affair and a wonderful red.

Classic black formal gown
Heavy fabric with a lot of stretch. I wore an 8 but a 6 would have been a better fit, if I hadn't ordered this as my backup, as the top was rather large for an 8. Ruched fabric gave nice texture and shape and did a good job hiding any imperfections. Creates a flattering hour glass figure and the bottom has enough fabric to give the dress a little swish when you dance. Beading detail at the top was a nice touch but not too much to still wear a necklace.

Perfect winter party dress
Loved the navy and black combo and the lace-like detail at the top. I find that between a 6 and an 8 in lilly dresses, the biggest difference is the upper body around the chest / armpits. I think I ended up sporting the 6 so that the detail on the top would lay flat. The cut is very fun and flirty, but would caution super tall wearers that it felt short even on my 5'5 frame!

Great for an event in need of some sparkle
I was very excited about this dress for a formal event for New Years eve, however ended up going with another selection. The dress fit true to size but was very tubular and didn't really flatter my proportionally smaller waste. I ordered a 6 and an 8 and couldn't really tell the difference between the two sizes in fit. Only other challenge I'd highlight is that I think this dress would look better on more fair or darker complexions because being somewhat in betwee, with the color i felt very monochromatic!

The jacquard-esque material was not as bright as I'd hoped and ran very small
The material was rather worn looking, like it had been washed a few times and dulled slightly. It was skin tight and not something I felt comfortable in. Ended up wearing another dress for my event.

Best dress I've ever rented from RTR
Looked and felt incredible. Such a beautiful silhouette, would recommend to anyone. The color is not quite fire engine red, a tiny bit more muted than shown perhaps, which was very flattering.

Loved the dress! Great color for an outdoor summer wedding
Was worried it would be a little snug, because I am between a 6 and an 8 in similarly shaped dresses, but the 6 fit nicely and left enough room to dance! The folds are also great for creating an hourglass shape and hiding anything you want to remain hidden.

Super cute and perfectly summery
Rented this dress for Belmont Stakes and got many compliments. I'm a little smaller on top than bottom, so for anyone in the same position would order for your top size since it has a full skirt. The dress was a little short considering I'm only 5'5, so if you're really tall it might not be a great fit.
