Dress was very low cut. Needed boob tape and I am small cheated. Not sure if being larger chested would help or hinder honestly. Also it’s definitely long, I couldn’t have worn without heels.

This fit TTS to a tad tight - it was a bit tight in the hips. If I sat it definitely rode up a tad. But it was totally fine with tights. Dress was fun and interesting for work.

Cute! Thick, cropped, and not much give
If on the cusp of sizes, order one size up. It’s definitely cropped so if your bottom isn’t high waisted, your stomach will be out. I liked this and the thick material but it had no stretch so it was hard to get on and off. Overall liked it though.

Runs large, size down. Cute flowy but a lot of fabric.
Liked this, didn’t love. Was flowy and cute but the extra ruffles and large fit made it a little less flattering. Runs large, I’m usually a S/M in dresses and this XS fit well and even had room. Top part of dress is unlined so you need a cami. Don’t think work the retail price given its unlined.

Cute jacket, lightweight, great color, loved the length. It didn’t feel as hefty or well made as some of the other Maje blazers. Would have been better if the lining had pinstripes and wasn’t stark white - it made it look cheaper than it is. Fit TTS

Great work dress. Fits TTS. Felt different and yet still work formal appropriate. I did not like the hanging strings, they’re not removable. And if you wear it buttoned to the top and tie in it a bow, you look like a waiter. So getting rid of the strings would be my only edit to make it perfect.

Comically small, size up 2x! Otherwise v cute!
LOVED the pattern. Super cute. however the skirt is comically small. I am a 6 on bottom, 4 on top, and the skirt in a 6 BARELY buttoned and was ungodly short. (In a separate haul, I tried it in a 10 and it fit great, so size up 2x)

Confusing. Fabric says going out but silhouette says work.
Dress looked nice online and photographs pretty well but in person it’s a confusing look. The material is like shiny/formal but it’s a collared button up dress that feels more work adjacent. I loved the fit and flare and thought that was flattering. Realllllly did not like the pattern in person. Looked like my grandmas couch. Fit pretty TTS.

It was a bit short and tight for work. I actually thought it was fine when standing but when sitting I found myself adjusting it a tad. I’m more of a true pear shade. 2/4 on top and a 6 on bottom. It fit great but was definitely snug with not much give. Wore to a work event / social happy hour. Got lots of compliments.

Great Blazer - looked expensive, wore it for large presentation
Loved this blazer. Fit great. Looked well made. Color was a nice cream. Long line and flattering as it covered most my rear. Wore this for two large presentations where I would be on stage and got lots of compliments. I’m a small / 4 up top and this fit perfectly. Would buy this for sure.

Just ok - too short and not the most flattering if you’re pear shaped.
Felt this was really cute in general but too short for any work functions and I’m only 5’4. I’m pear shaped and smaller on top and felt like the extra fabric/puffyness of the sleeves didn’t flatter me. Otherwise looked well made and expensive. Liked the fabric. Made my abdomen / lower half look flattering but the overall look felt too formal for my regular life but too risqué for work.

Got TONS of compliments on this. Loved it and wore it multiple times during my rental. Was perfect for work travel - cozy and easy but the color and pattern were more intriguing than a basic black sweater. Really loved this. Fit well. I’m a size small, 4 on top and 6 on bottom. Happy/unflattering if you have a small bust
Just ok. I loved the pleated skirt and it looked good with a cropped jacket. The top was just far too gappy and drapey on me. Maybe if you had a bigger bust it would be better? It left big armpit holes on me and just looked sloppy up top. Also the buttons at the back of the neck closure were impossible to close on your own.

Well made, a bit boxy
I wanted to LOVE this but it was just okay on me. I probably should have gone with my smaller size. I'm more of a 4 up top and 6 on bottom and I think the 6 jacket was just a bit too boxy on me and gapped a lot in the back so it looked strange from the side.

A bit frumpy
This was just ok. Front on it looked cute but from the side there was a lot of extra fabric and it gave me a hunchback/added a lot of weight up top. It was sort of shapeless and not flattering on my body type. I'm smaller up top and it made me look bigger up top. I think if you are apple shaped or tall and lanky this would look better on you.

Great vacation dress for pear shape. Fit and flare. Light weight.
Loved this! It was light weight enough for a hot climate and had a fun pattern. It was super flattering if you’re pear shape and hugged your rib cage. Didn’t need a bra. Vibrant, a tad more empire waist than I wanted, runs a bit small (arms are tight)
I liked this dress but didn’t love. It’s a great vibrant color, light weight, and good for work travel. I wish it was a bit less empire waist - felt like the belt piece was 2 inches above where I would want it. It was a bit small, I probably would have been better off taking my larger size. But it zipped no problem. Arms were definitely a bit tight and I usually never have that problem. The skirt is ALOT of fabric. Looks good in person but FYI if planning to pack this dress on a work trip because it took up more room in my suitcase than I anticipated :) For reference - I am a true pear shape. This dress was cute. Got lots of compliments. I could zip it but it was definitely tight in the waist as others mentioned. Overall glad I went with the 38, I think sizing up would have made the top too much of a bubble/puff. Belt tended to fold over when I was sitting but looked good when standing. FYI the back above the zipper/belt portion is open! I work a black tank under it since I wore it for work and it was totally fine. Got lots of compliments.
