Easily dressed up or down. Flattering - especially when you are expecting your are period and need to eat. Knee length on my frame but the slit kept it from being matronly.

Warm and stylish
Wore out to brunch in freezing NYC weather with tights, to work with boots (and tights) and every day. It hit me at mid-thigh. It was loose enough in the stomach area to feel comfortable if not sitting up straight or having a couple of drinks. But not oversized to the point where it's like a potato sack. Perfect balance and WARM!

ZIPPER IS A PAIN IN THE ....
It is cute and warm but the zipper is TERRIBLE. It was a struggle every single time and most of the time gave up and had to wear it unzipped. Another annoying thing is that there are no buttons to close it. Just the zipper.

Summer weekend in the Catskills
As described by others- straps were a little too long but not annoyingly so. I am an A cup and I wore this dress twice. Once with a bra and once without. The day I wore it with a bra, I felt extremely restricted/uncomfortable by the end of the day. I don't see how anyone with a medium size chest + could be comfortable in this. I would buy it b/c it is super cute and flowy for a 90 degree summer day but for the chest area fitting TIGHT across the band to the point where I felt like my boobs were being flattened.

The bottom of the dress fit great. The waist was comfortable and hit around the knee (a little below) on me. However the top was too big. I am a small on top, medium on the bottom so I ordered the medium because I was going to be eating at my event:-) Although the sides were fine, the top stuck out and looked like an empty potato sack on my small chest. It would have been not so bad if I would be standing the whole time, because when I pulled it down, the top deflated, but I was going to be sitting down so I decided not to wear it. Not good for a small chested gal. Also, the top part is not lined, so you have to wear cami underneah.

I am a little over 5'7 and this dress was a little too short for me for work. It was a little longer than mid-thigh but when I sat down in my chair, it went even shorter. I did not wear tights with it so I think that definately contributed to my feeling of it being too short. I would recommend tights if you were going to wear to work in a professional setting. I loved the print, the style of it not being a regular DVF wrap dress (of which I own 2) because I did not have to wear a cami underneath it, I would save this dress for a happy hour event or slightly fancy brunch with friends.

Dancin' and profilin'
I am pear shaped with full thighs (i.e. "thicc") and small on top. The top part fit perfect. No bra necessary (I am an A-cup) and b/c of the high quality material, there was no see-through. It was a super stylish lewk as well. Bonus points for having the zip low enough on the back so you don't need a friend to come with you inside the stall to zip you out of it. Now, on to the bad: the legs, specifically the upper part of the pants, were TIGHT. I had difficulty sitting and getting up which due to the venue (club), I didn't have to do a lot of but even walking up and down stairs was uncomfortable. (the waist was fine) They didn't LOOK tight according to my consensus of friends, but they sure did fit too snug for my liking. However, after a few glasses of wine, I forgot about it and carried on. BTW- they hit it above the ankle on me and looked great with a mid heel rose gold pump. I would not rent again.

Got the medium and the large. I am pear shaped, about 140lbs and 5'7. My legs are not skinny but also not super thick and the medium although fit pretty good on top was TIGHT in the legs. Looked good but difficult to sit down. Good to wear to event if you aren't sitting down too much. The inseam was perfect though...which has been an issue for me in the past because of my long torso. The large fit perfect on the legs but the inseam on the crotch area was too long/big and therefore made it too baggy in that area. The top part was looser but not falling down - would have been good to go with a good padded bra but too baggy in the front area.

Classy, cozy and I didn't want to return
New Years in New Jersey is typically pretty cold and this year was even more frigid than usual which made me extra happy that I chose this coat when I decided that I needed/wanted a long "fur" coat to keep me warm over the holiday weekend. The small was unavailable, so I got the medium. It ran SLIGHTLY large/oversized, but I loved it like that. (Sleeves were a little long and back not super fitted) I wore it every day I had it and was super sad to return it. Best fancy coat to wear in any winter vortex.

I love DVF
The fit is baggy which is what I wanted - something to wear post Thanskgiving to hide my "food baby". The difference between small and medium is that the medium is slightly longer but the back is a LOT looser which is why I wound up wearing the small. I recommend. FYI it is NOT a knit.

It is a beautiful dress. However I didn't wear it because it was too small. The zipper came up to mid-way and stopped. I rented a SR b/c the MR was unavailable otherwise that would have been my back up size. I am 5'7 normally a size 4/6 with a 28/29 inch waist, small chest and am pear shaped. So although the zipper zipped up to a little past my waist, it wouldn't go anymore. My replacement was pretty awesome though:-)

Mini dress all legs
I'm 5'7 and this dress was SHORT! It would not have been that uncomfortable if I wore it in the spring or early fall and could forego tights/stockings. Be it as it may its winter in NYC so that wasn't going to happen. Sitting down you could see the bottom part of my pantyhose (the part where the "control top" part connects with the "regular stockings" part".) I sat with my hands or something on top of my lap because I felt so awkward. Good and comfy for standing and dancing though and gorgeous color.

Stand out color
I normally wear a 4, but the sleeves were so tight and even though I have a small chest, the back couldn't even zip up so I went with the 6. I wore it for a dinner event in NYC with a bunch of other attorneys and I def stood out in a sea of black:) I received so many compliments...probably one of the top complimented dresses I rented from RTR ever! It was comfortable, not overtly sexy, and had a super-feminine vibe. Loved it.

Comfortable and fashionable
Material had definite stretch to it but was also curve hugging in all the right places. Fit like a glove. Wore it to a 4th of July wedding and had no problems or issues sitting/lounging on a blanket watching the post-ceremony fireworks.

The back of this dress is super sexy, it is flouncy - but i felt like the front was too short for my long legs. I would have been asking for a Paris Hilton moment if I wore this out for a night of drinking and partying. So although I liked it, I didn't LOVE it and wore a different dress.
