I am normally size 0 or 2, but size 2 on this dress was too small on chest (I am 32C)

Made me feel beautiful and confident. It's an ultimate "Woman in Red" dress.
I'm 5-4, 115. The size 40 was a perfect fit. The material is like spandex, hugs your body, well constructed, and the ruffles stayed as it shown on model. I would love to wear it again.
