I rented this as part of my unlimited subscription and wore it several times because I loved it so much. It's perfect to dress up or down and it's very forgiving. It is really long though so while it was great for me with heels (I'm 5'9) it was too long to wear with flats, so shorter girls may need very tall heels in order to wear this!

I've had my eye on this dress for months and was so excited to wear it for my birthday outing in Brooklyn and Coney Island. However, this was the first rental I was actually disappointed with. The dress was a little shapeless (I probably should have sized down) so I paired it with a belt and that was fine. What I really didn't like was that it wasn't nearly as transparent in person as shown on the model. I thought it would be cute and a little sexy and instead I felt kind of frumpy. I also wasn't prepared for the thickness of the dress. It's pretty much a sweater dress. All in all, it was fine, but I didn't feel as special as I would have liked on my birthday.

I was so happy I chose this dress for a friend's wedding. It was definitely a standout because of the bright blue color and I felt great. I couldn't wear a bra with this, which would ordinarily be a problem for me, but the dress fit so well that it wasn't a problem even with a larger chest. I felt great and got a ton of compliments and I was comfortable all night on the dance floor. One thing I have to mention that another reviewer commented on is that the colors vary based on dress size. The size 6 was definitely a brighter (and prettier) blue than the size 8 backup I ordered. I would have been a little disappointed with the color if I had had to size up. Luckily it wasn't an issue for me.

My 30th birthday coincidentally fell on the same weekend as my cousin's wedding in Florida, so I used that as an excuse to rent several dresses for our vacation. This was no exception, except that I could have sized down and wore the 2 since it was a little large in the top and waist. I liked this dress, but I wasn't in love with it like some of my past purchases. That said, it really had more to do with me than with the dress itself. The dress was TIGHT, which obviously I knew when I ordered it. Nobody orders a tight red dress to not be a show off. Unfortunately, I was feeling a little shy by the time it arrived. It really showed off my curves in ways that I usually don't. I was torn between the 4 and the 6 but ended up wearing the 4 because the darts looked weird on the 6 even though it gave me more room to move. The 4 rode up a little when I moved a lot, but not noticeably so. In the end, I got a TON of attention to the point where anytime my husband walked away from me at the bar, someone would come over and start chatting me up. It was definitely flattering, but I felt a little out of my element. I'd suggest this dress for those who really want all eyes on them.

I wore this on a girls trip into NYC and it was the perfect mix of casual and dressy so that it fit in everywhere we went. I got quite a few compliments while shopping and was really happy with the overall look. I didn't get a back-up size, but the 4 was definitely too large in my waist. I would have preferred something more fitted, but since this was a little short for me, the 2 definitely would have shown too much leg. Overall it was cute, but probably better for someone a little shorter.

I wore this dress for my garden bridal shower and it was just perfect. I'm tallish (5'9) and wanted something that would be cute, but would still be long enough that it wouldn't ride up when I sat. Knowing that I would be moving a lot, bending, unwrapping, all eyes on me - it was important that the dress wouldn't be too short. This was the perfect length and the perfect fit. I usually wear a 4 and chose a 4 in this as well. I also rented the 2 which was a little tight. I got so many compliments and am considering buying the dress because I just love it so much!
