Marine Layer always hits. This dress is a gorgeous charcoal with a flattering fit. I'm 5'0" and I was able to wear it with flats. I almost purchased it as a closet staple.

The fabric and print are gorgeous. The skirt is very full and there are a lot of panel in the skirt for volume, so know that you'll need a lot of ironing and you'll definitely want to wear some shorts under the skirt in case there's a gust of wind. It's great for a sping/summer event.
