Light fabric; great for summer
The fit of this dress is easy, and although at first I thought it would be a little mature for me (the fabric texture reminds me of something my grandma would wear), I liked it for the office. The front ruffle stumps me a bit because it doesn't continue to the back. So from the side it almost looks like you're wearing the dress backward.

Great summer dress--runs extremely SMALL in BUST
I loved this dress but was unable to wear it because of the super small fit in the chest area. Would definitely recommend sizing up unless you are small-chested. This would be great for those looking for a tighter fit in the bust.

Great work sheath!
Love getting RTR items with the tags still on! This is true to size with some give and stretch, especially in the midsection (posting this awkward photo as evidence of the room in the waist). I probably could have sized down, so I'd recommend doing so if your size is not available. Will rent again--love the tulip sleeves and the great color.

Great work option
Fits slightly large--I typically wear a 4 and this was the XS and I still had a bit of hip room. Great length for work, material is heavy cotton so wrinkles but maintains shape.

Great work staple, good for travel!
I love Kate Spade in general because sizing tends to be true to size (not tiny, like many luxury brands, or vanity/huge, like others). This would travel well because of the thickness of the material (not easily wrinkled). I liked the white piping detail; the only improvement would be POCKETS.

I was surprised at how much I liked this! It is versatile and easy to style. Could wear it untucked. Greener than in the photo.

Fun sleeves, relaxed fit, can dress up or down
Fit was a tiny bit large but front darts lined up perfectly, so sizing down might have been a mistake. Can dress this one up or down, sleeves are fun but layering won't work, so don't wear if you're going to be somewhere chilly.

Easy fit, great tailoring
Fit is true to size and material has some give but is substantial--would love to keep this as a work staple! Love the pockets. Length was great for me but I can see this being a bit too short if you're very tall.

Love the idea of longer sleeves for work, which means I don't have to worry about another layer for "office winter." But I should have read the reviews and sized down! Although the darts in the bust may have been misplaced if I had done so, and the length may have been inappropriate for the office. All in all not a bad rental for work.

Canvas-like material with great accents; runs big
Should have gotten a smaller size! This was frumpy on me and a size 2 or even 0 would have been more flattering. However, the details are great--love the canvas-like heavy material and gold toggle fasteners.

Great blazer; a bit worn
Fits true to size and was nice for a cold office. But sleeves are pilling and there were several hanging threads (longer snags, not the frayed edges). Still, looks professional and can go with either navy or black (I wore with black). Versatile!

This dress is super versatile for office, but it does run small (or true to actual vs. vanity size). I was unable to wear size 2 and swapped for a size 4, which was still pretty snug. Will up to size 6 in future with this brand.

Darling, versatile dress.
This dress is lovely and fit well. It was a bit short for work, but if I had sized up, it would have been to large in the bust. Dress works well with a blazer or cardigan, or on its own!

Beautiful dress--loved it!
This dress surprised me; it's beautifully made. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that it needed to be more thoroughly cleaned--there was an odor in the armpit area that I didn't notice at first. Bummer. The fit was perfect in the busy area but slightly loose in the waist; still, it looked great! Could pair nicely with a blazer for work (and would have worn it again if not for the smell). As it was, I wore it to church and took it off immediately afterward.
