I was going to a party that was more cocktail and this was not a good match for me. I got a second dress free of charge which was so nice of RTR

Pretty dress. Very feminine.
If you are short then this dress will not look like how it does on the model. I'm 4'11 and it hit just below the knee. I wore this dress to an awards ceremony that was preceded by a VIP reception and got tons of compliments.

Dress fit comfortably. Wasn't as bright as in the picture though.
I wore this dress to the White House Summit on the United State of Women. I got lots of compliments. It was such a great contrast to the predictable boxy brown pants suit. Be colorful. Be beautiful.

I wore this dress to a google cocktail reception for the opening of the new Smithsonian museum (National Museum of African American History and Culture). This dress fit well...nice and tight without being uncomfortable. As a petite person, I highly recommend it because it is very flattering. I felt like a sparkling glamorous beauty. Everyone was wowed by the dress, I was the true stunner.
