I rented this before and loved it. This time, I was sooooo disappointed! The cotton fabric maybe shrunk? I could not get the chest to tie and still contain my boobs. I’m a pretty balanced hourglass so definitely wouldn’t work for larger busts.

So beautiful. This brand runs small (and straight). I sized up to a 12 (usually an 8/10) and it just didn’t work. Waist was big and hips were way too small. I’m a pretty balanced hourglass. Unless it has a full skirt Marchesa doesn’t work for those with curves.

Loved the hippie girl vibe these gave. I’m 5’10” and these were long with the flat slides I wore. Paired w a peasant blouse and my inner flower child was happy:) MOTHER runs small for me with my hourglass shape. Sizing up to 31 (typically a 30) is normal for me with this brand but they were still pretty snug. Great for tall ladies…needs a heel to keep them from dragging.

This dress was gorgeous in person! Sadly, I couldn’t wear it as a hook was missing in the back. Note: I am an hourglass and the waist was a bit big while the hips were tight. I was willing to make it work as the ruffles camouflage well but maybe size up if you have a booty.

I ultimately wore something else (less dressy) but this dress was AMAZING! Gorgeous sequin work in person and cut on the bias so it’s very flattering. The ties let you adjust the neckline…simply beautiful. I’ll definitely borrow again for a different occasion.

I tried to make this work! The 8 wouldn’t button over my chest. I sent back and tried the 10. It buttoned up, not too tight in hips or bust but wow the waist was huge. It’s a bit short on my 5’10 frame and just looked like a bag on me. Did nothing for my curves.

So Pretty but short waisted
I have a long torso so this just wasn’t cut for me. I also have a pretty thin torso/waist and this was snug. It fit ok (except for the torso length) but I’m thinking most people will want to size up unless your small waisted. Shoulders are exaggerated which was fine on my frame but might be too much if you’re petite. This was sooooo pretty though!! I really wished it had worked.

BEAUTIFUL dress…way dressier than I thought but I was going to wear it anyway. Sadly it was too big in the waist (by several inches). I tried to make it work but it was gaping open at my back. Fabric is almost like an old school taffeta so not as casual as I’d imagined. Still beautiful!

This was a great top! I’m 5’10” with a long torso and this top still fit ok. Not as fitted as I was hoping but the peplum was very flattering. It’s a little heavy for summertime in Texas but I wore to dinner (inside) and it was fine.

A short bag
This looks so cute but the execution was off. I’m 5’10” and this was just a little too short. Add to that there was NO fit to the bust area and this was just a hanging bag of fabric. It looks like the chest would be somewhat fitted but nope. There’s a side zipper but not sure why, you can just pull this right on. It will probably look great on someone but it was horrible on my hourglass figure.

Oh how I loved this sweater on me! The color and cut were beautiful…maybe a touch short for my long torso but I was going to make it work!! Unfortunately, I couldn’t make it through hair/makeup before having to rip it off my body…it’s soooo itchy against my neck! Even after removing, it took a while for the redness to resolve at my neck. So sad!!
