Awful darting
I wish I would have scrolled down in the reviews to see this, but the darting on the dress looks like pointy nipples both on and when you’re not wearing the dress. The fit was great otherwise, and the material was good quality, so I wore a blazer over it to cover up the darting.

I don't mind a little oversized, but this literally looked like a potato sack - definitely not wearable for me in the size I ordered. I'm usually a 16, and the XXL was huge.

I was so excited to rent this. I was happy to see another blazer option, love the pattern and Kate spade clothes tend to fit me well. Unfortunately, while this fit, pairing with a black dress as Planned didn't produce the anticipated results. The fit is really boxy and wasn't flattering

I ordered the XL and planned to wear it to a work event with a blazer. It was crazy short, and top was more revealing than it looked like in the pictures. Definitely not for work, and would recommend only for someone with a very trim build.

Wore for a good friend's black tie optional wedding - it was perfect!
Fits true to size. Sleeves/arms a little big, but not to the point where it looks strange. I wore it with a strapless bra, and just had to make sure the bra was pulled down in the back to not show in the open back. More of a taupe color than gold. Incredibly comfortable while still being formal. I highly recommend the dress and may rent it again!
