Love it - comfortable, unstructured. stylish. perfect for high level meetings
I rented an 8, but probably could have sized down to a 6. Either way, the 8 looked just fine. In fact, I kind of liked it a little bigger.

Beautiful detail, flattering and unique.
Normally I'm a size 6, but the skirt has no give whatsoever. Better safe than sorry - so I went up a side. The 8 felt like a 6 to me.

Nice sleeves but dress overall is plain
If you're looking for a plain dress for work this would be fine. The stomach area is rather loose but chest area is a bit tight. I decided not to wear it because it was only slightly comfortable and didn't look that unique. Fabric felt a bit cheap sadly.

A bit of a downer given all the positive reviews
Thought the ruffles went all the way around but there was a slight opening in the top back layer. Nude sheath but see through. The medium was a little tight - that being said I carry weight in my belly area. The ruffles did not help with that. Love the color though and definitely a fun skirt. Would need to tuck in a shirt or wear a shorter top

Love love love! Beautiful cut and flattering pattern
Super comfortable. Fit perfectly and draped nicely. The pattern is flattering and makes you look slim. The back is the best detail. Professional and unique. On the warmer side so better for early spring and fall weather

Super cool pattern and texture, but does run small
Normally I'm a size 6 in most RTR outfits, but unfortunately, this dress felt tight around the legs and the abs. I could zip it up, but not comfortable. Disappointing. Not sure if a larger size would have worked better. Pros: you could dress it up or down depending on the top you choose. You are wearing sequins!

Cute pattern, but way too baggy
This dress runs big, so you may want to go down a size. I felt like I was drowning in it when I put it on. The fabric is thinner than what you would think. Not flattering.

Fun sweater - flattering design and shape
Super fun sweater if you want to add something extra to your usual wardrobe. Love the form fitting sleeves near the wrist area. The shape of the sweater is flattering if you have a larger chest and some extra in the stomach/waist area. Fabric is comfortable and on the thinner side for winter.

Loved the look and the color. But the wool was definitely itchy and it was short in length - for both the sleeves and waist area.

So unique - details are so fun in the front and back. You should definitely wear either a crop length top or shirt you can tuck in in order to maximize the effect. Flattering and comfortable

So cute - fit perfectly for everyday work
The skirt fit perfectly and was super flattering. Lots of compliments from work. The pattern is unique and the bias cut was a plus. Emphasized the uniqueness of the skirt. I would recommend wearing a shorter top or a top tucked in as the detail at the top of the skirt can easily be covered by a longer shirt. Would consider renting again

Photo underestimates how big the dress is
Disappointed because the photo makes it look more angular on the bottom than it is. It ballooned out at the bottom which made me feel like I was wearing a parachute. The top fit normal but the bottom was too much.

Waist and chest area fits funny
Love the pattern. Fabric is a bit more see through than expected. The top fit funny as the waist was tight but the chest area was really loose.

Great outercoat for a work event based in the East Coast!
I loved the button details, but wish I got a smaller size. I think the 36 would have been perfect. The overall style tends to run on the larger side, so I would suggest ordering one size down from what you usually are. The fabric was nice, but thin. I wish it had been a thicker winter coat. It kept me fairly warm, but I definitely felt the chill.

Perfect dress for a business conference
At first I thought this was going to be too tight because it is like a fine knit sweater. But the bust and stomach area were flattering as it flared out just a touch. The sleeves were much more subtle than in the photo, but I really liked how the dress fell on me. In addition, it was really cold on the East Coast, so it kept me warm. I wore this dress with a pair of thick black tights.

Super versatile and the perfect blouse to wear under my black suit.
Loved the paprika color. The shirt is a little thin, so it may be a bit cold to wear in the winter. It seemed to run a little large.

Cute dress but too big
Loved the design and the tighter fit at the neck and sleeves, but the waist was a little too loose. Even with the drawstrings. I tried to cinch the dress as much as I could but it was still too baggy. I'm not sure if a smaller size would have helped? Maybe. But I think it's the design of the dress.
