Structured standout
Derek Lam knows how to structure a dress. Fabric is comfy and fit isn’t too restrictive. Deducted a star for the way the buttons are because you have to go all the way to the collar which isn’t my preferred but it worked for this one. Wore w flats at 5’3 and length was great.

Absolute dream. Fully lined, no need for a bra for my cup size, neckline is adjustable using the tie in the front, great length for petites. Color is vibrant. Material hides imperfections like a boss. True to size. Zipping is a bit hard after potty breaks but doable on your own!

Cute top; awkward fit.
This is a true wrap top but its a little short for work - I wore with high waisted pants and still felt a little uncomfortable. It is a true wrap with two long straps which makes it a little difficult to keep the top from gaping - you have to tie it really tight (and then breathing becomes an issue due to the placement of the ties). I wore it once; probably won't rent it again.

Sexy but sweet
Textured fabric w back tie. TTS but if in between sizes I would size up. A little stretch; I was able to wear a low cut Bralette w out it showing. A little short (I am 5'3) but cut was loose enough where it was not inappropriate for a work vacation. Colors and style are adorable! Wish I owned this one.

Best jeans!
Amazing jeans! Comfy and flattering a great high waist. I thought of them as modern "Brenda Walsh" jeans. I'm usually a 27 so the 28 were a tiny bit large and they do get looser w wear. Wish the 27 would become available bc then I would buy!

Amazing dress. Color and fit are to die for. Wore sticky bra but could have gone bra less as well. Hugs every curve but fabric is thick enough where imperfections are smoothed over. Great length in the 4R (I am 5'3) where it just skimmed the floor w three inch heels. Got a bazillion compliments! Rent this dress!

Multipurpose beach piece
Gorgeous color and very flowy. Would not recommend other than a coverup for the beach and/or lunch at a resort or beach bar that is casual based on how the top fits as it is impossible to wear with out a bathing suit top. Fabric and color are amazing!!!

Perfect black tie dress for a holiday wedding!
This dress is amazing. Color is unique; no need for a bra; full skirt but not too poofy; POCKETS! Beware - the waist has no stretch so I recommend sizing up. Got compliments all night and was so comfortable!

Unique and so so flattering!
I wasn't expecting to love this dress as much as I did! It hugs allll the right places with the drop waist and the floral pattern on the skirt and sheer netting at the neckline really mixes up this LBD. Plus the material is oh so comfortable! I wore it to a rehearsal dinner and wished I could have kept it on all weekend. Highly recommend.

I wore this to my best friends bridesmaids luncheon in downtown D.C. It was perfect!! Light, breathable (it was HOT) and the pattern and colors were stunning. Fit is true to size. I wore stickies but you could definitely do a regular bra. Forgiving in the tummy area too!

Dress was a dream. Wish I had gotten a picture of the back which is open w a keyhole. Also great long option for girls who want to show a little leg bc of the sheer panel and the side slit. I wore w 4 inch wedges and length was perfect. I got compliments all night - people even approached my boyfriend to discuss my dress!!

AMAZING, incredible dress!
This is hands down one of my favorite rentals. Fits perfectly; great for eating and drinking all night (wore it to a rehearsal dinner at a wedding); flows beautifully and I got SO many compliments. Color and fabric also amazing. Has built in bra and corset which sucks everything in perfectly. I wore w sticky cups and spans as well to keep things streamlined all night.

Rent the Runway KILLED it by recommending this amazing dress last minute!
This was a backup dress that was RTR's INCREDIBLE recommendation the night before my event when my original dress did not fit properly. It was a perfect fit for my Great Gatsby themed Barrister's Ball!! I am usually a size 4 and that is what I wore but beware - as the other reviewers have noted, the dress does NOT fit as loosely as it seems to on the model picture. I personally loved the more fitted look and got compliments all night! Also RTR's customer service CANNOT BE BEAT. Amazing company. I have already rented another dress for a wedding and can't wait to rent many more!
