Not what I was expecting
Description says "Wear this breezy pencil skirt by Ulla Johnson to level up your street style this season." This is not breezy in any sense. It's HEAVY upholstery-esque velvet. Def a very cold weather item. Also, the belt is sewn on, and it made it look really awkward / off center when tightened to my waist size. I prefer to swap out the standard issue belts for my own to level up an outfit, but it seems that's not possible anymore.

Fun & sexy
I rented this fully expecting to be uncomfortable all night but it was dreamy! The top totally stayed in place despite my small chest and the high waisted shorts allowed me to eat what I wanted – loooooove. I wore it with opaque hose a blazer and heels ala Kate Moss and got compliments all night!

Loved this jumpsuit. Elegant design that can easily be dressed up or down... gorgeous material. I'd get your regular size and size down for backup. I really wish I owned this.

Elegant and Comfortable.
I really enjoyed this dress. Very tailored in the torso and had no stretch at all so better for smaller chested women. Looked like it had been worn a lot which was kind of a bummer but it was dark in the venue so no one noticed.

INCREDIBLE.
Such a gorgeous dress – far more beautiful in person. It's very tailored through the shoulders and flares from the waist down so eating isn't a concern. Probably better suited for smaller chested women as there is zero stretch – oh, and on that note, you cannot wear a regular bra with this. Def need a stick on or no bra. I usually wear a 2 or 4 but I needed the zero in this. Highly recommend. I will be renting this the next chance I have!

Fun and elegant
Beautiful dress. Even with a 34 AA chest it was still a bit tight in the shoulders and slim through the hips but wearable. The 42 would've been perfect. I'd definitely rent this again.

Nice, festive sparkle without being too dressy.
Cute. A little itchy. Dressed it up with cropped, wide pants and silver heels but would look good with jeans too. Not as well made as I hoped it would be. Had to tape down some sequins on the neckline to smooth it out... and based on the quality I probably won't rent it again though I did like the shape and got a lot of compliments.

The dress is beautiful but fit oddly.
I rented sizes 2 & 4. I probably would've gone with the 4 if I had in fact worn it – the size 2 was painfully tight under the arms. The 4 was still uncomfortably tight on top – I guess it technically fit but the fabric has no stretch which made it difficult to move in. I have an incredibly small chest – 34 AAA – so beware anyone with boobs! The lining didn't lay smoothly and was visibly folding /wrinkled through the sheer fabric overlay. I also wasn't fond of how the skirt hung. Didn't do much for a thin figure. A crinoline probably would've helped but I didn't have one nor the time to get one. I recommend this dress for anyone with a *very* small ribcage, *very* tiny chest and wider hips or a crinoline.

I will rent this dress again!
Glad I went to the RTR salon at Henri Bendel to try this dress on – I usually wear a 4 but had to go with the zero! The boning in the bodice of the dress created a great curvy shape and the slight stretch of the material made for a really comfortable evening. I got lots of compliments and more importantly, I felt incredible. Definitely renting this again!
