I loved the look of this dress, but the neck should be an inch wider. Not cute and almost claustrophobic. The material wasn't as soft and light as it should have been, but I can deal with that. The neckline is not cute and doesn't feel right with the style of the dress.

I really wanted to love this sweater and hoped I'd want to buy it. I have been searching for a big cozy black turtleneck sweater like this. The fabric is not super high end, but it's not that expensive at retail price so I was sort of expecting this. I did wear this once since I had it, but it wasn't a keeper for me. Overall, the sleeves were too short and it was just slightly too boxy to be the exact thing I was looking for. I have longish arms, so an even slightly too-short sleeve is really irritating to me! It's not cut for long/thin people. It's fine, but not special.

Perfect nursing dress. I am still transitioning back to my pre-baby weight (i.e., I am fatter than I think I am!) so the waist on this was tight and there is no elastic, but I left it slightly unzipped and wore a sweater over it. Should have ordered a 4/6 instead bc right now I am more like 130lbs but the rest of the dress is really pretty and perfect for vacation and nursing!! I would wear again even if I weren't nursing, though. Just happens to be very convenient for that with the open/tie back.

I did wear this dress once, but only because I am still losing pregnancy weight and nursing so it was convenient to do so and none of my other clothes fit me yet. The garment itself was a little dingy and I think one of the elastics in the sleeves was broken. Probably time to take this particular one out of the rotation or replace it - looked like an old dress. Even if it were a newer version I'm not sure I would have liked it. Really big and baggy and sort of frumpy (really disliked the sleeves in particular- they were puffy at the top and then gathered at the bottom - just not flattering).

I am 4 months pregnant with my second and have already gained 12 lbs (mostly generalized fat based on eating nothing but grilled cheese to battle first tri sickness), so I wanted something forgiving that would still look awesome for a black tie optional wedding at the Ritz in NYC. I wore this because I had no other options (none of my normal clothes fit me right now), but I didn't love it at all and it was too casual for the wedding. It was wearable, but definitely not my favorite thing I have rented and I'd never buy it. I was hoping for sort of a shift dress that just fell/hung nicely, but this was sort of tight in some spots and very loose in others. It ended up making my little belly look bigger than it was due to the open back and the way it fell on me. The opening in the back is awesome in theory but was just more of a pain in the ass then I think it was worth. The dress needed a little more finesse and structure than it had (it's basically a cotton tee-shirt dress with sequins on it, which is hard to see in some of the pictures) in order to pull off that back better. Instead the open back just sort of hangs open and creates a "big middle" illusion, which is odd because I'd imagine many people renting this dress are going for the same "shift" type dress I was looking for that is forgiving to the midsection. It wasn't tight, but it did not do me any favors. My profile says I'm 119, which I am pre-pregnancy, but right now I'm about 130 lbs (bloat + fat + small baby belly) and I could squeeze into the small (my husband wanted me to wear that bc he said it looked hotter, but I wanted to be comfortable) but wore the medium.
