I ordered a 18W as the 16W was not available thinking it would be just a little big. But it was way too big. I don't even think the 16W would have fit. I called RTR and they sent me a replacement for a small shipping fee and that dress worked perfectly. Was told by RTR that this designer tends to run big. Next time I try this designer will probably opt for a 14. I rated it a 4star even though I did not wear it because the dress really is beautiful in person even better than the picture.

I ordered another dress for a wedding but the size was too large. On a whim I called customer service the night before the wedding, they apologized and they offered me other options that they would overnight to me in time for the wedding. I called at 645pm, got the email with the options within 5 minutes, selected the dress and got a confirmation by 7:30 that the dress and the size up were to be sent by noon the next day. Sure enough got the dress and it was perfect! The overall fit was perfect, no problems with bust, waist or hip area. Awesome customer service, will use RTR again and again.
