Great transitional dress
I rented this dress for work. It fits beautifully and flowy. I wore this to work and felt like a #GirlBoss. Co-workers loved it. The fabric feels heavy but not sweaty. In other words, very comfy and you won't have to keep making sure it's not hiking up! Definitely a double thumbs up to Elizabeth and James for the design and quality of this dress. It's definitely a classy head-turner.

Audrey Hepburn Breakfast at Tiffany's vibe
You can't go wrong with this LBD. I love everything from Halston Heritage. This little black dress made me feel like Audrey Hepburn. My review should just end there! This dress is perfect to go from the office straight on to a date or formal function. Like all Halston dresses, it's a little stretchy so I would go a size down for a backup. It fits like a glove, hits the waist in the perfect spot, the perfect length (not too longer short-- just past halfway down the thigh), and flows beautifully. I would pair with black heels and either long gold necklace or statement necklace like I'm wearing here. The opening in the back adds just the right amount of "sexy" but not so much so that you need to cover it up at work.

Perfect jacket for work to everyday
I'm so glad I rented this jacket. I was able to wear it to work and out for everyday stuff. The jacket is cropped just above the waist. The pattern is eye catching and goes well under a simple black, white, or even light pink tank. Pair with gold jewelry. I always styled it with dark jeans, black or white top, long gold necklace, and black or nude heels.

Power Dress
The ultimate power dress at work. A stunning dress for sure. But I found out the sad way that those Italian sizes run small. The fabric does stretch but only a little. It was tight enough to take my breath away. ;) hence no picture because I couldn't wear it out! Order a size up my friends!!

Fun professional dress
Perfect length for the office and really flattering/interesting print. The structure of the dress is also flattering. Very comfortable!! I've received so many compliments on this dress from coworkers and people at networking events. Wish I could buy this! Highly recommend.

Just perfect
I was concerned it might be too tight for work but it's perfect for work. I felt chic and appropriate at the same time. The lines of the dress are striking once on. Love the length. Fabric is not too heavy, never felt hot in it. Bonus: it's insanely comfortable and hugs your curves in all the right places.

Uncomfortable in the armpits. Too short. Fabric puckers at the chest hemline. I recommend renting a size up.

Still lusting after this dress.
I rented this for my brother's law school graduation. I got so many compliments from people asking where I got it and who the designer is. Shamelessly plugged RTR in the process ;) It runs a little big. Go a size down. The dress moves so well and accented my petite body so well. The trick to making sure it looks great: make sure the straps stay below your shoulder! If you let them slip to rest on your shoulder, it looks frumpy. Fabric was a great weight. As a northerner adapted to cold weather, I had no issue braving the California heat all day. If I could buy this dress I totally would. It's amazing.

Perfect splash of color and class
I rented this just because wanting something flirty that I can dress up or down to wear to fun events in the city with my boyfriend. I also thought it might be a nice pop of color to my work wardrobe. Below are my pros and cons. Overall, I love this dress. My boyfriend loves this dress. I like to think of it as "dressed up casual". Pros: -Beautiful blue color (big plus if you're a blonde like me) -Structured so that skirt of dress moves and flows without changing shape/hiking up. Wind won't blow it up. -Casual night/day out: flirty without showing too much skin. Balances out with shorter length. I'm 5'4" and size 2 falls mid-thigh. -Heavy fabric but won't make you sweaty (RE: flowy skirt) Cons: -I don't like how the seam at the chest puckers. -Not an appropriate length for the office or interviews -Don't bend over unless you want everyone to see your panties.
