Lightweight and gorgeous
I wore these earrings for an 80s metal-themed gala at an art museum, and they were perfect! Lightweight, 80s-ish yet modern, and so fun. Got tons of compliments, and they really made the outfit! Would rent again.

Felt like the belle of the (80s metal) ball
I wore this dress for an 80s metal-themed gala at an art museum, and it was absolutely perfect. I go to 10-15 formal events every year, and this was hands-down the most complimented dress I've ever worn. The sequins really are exquisite, and they stood out, even in a sea of 80s extravagance. The fit and fabric is just perfect--there's enough give to fit many figures, and the sequins smooth everything out and hide any flaw. I have a thicker midsection and heavier arms, and neither was an issue at all in terms of fit. The dress was super flattering! It's on the shorter side, which I like, but it might not be for you if you're tall and prefer something closer to knee-length. I'm also a true 12 and was glad I had the 14. I would absolutely wear this again!

80's glam
I didn't wear this style, but the fabric was gorgeous! That said, it was way too short for me (and I have no problem showing off my legs). If an XL were available, it might have helped for length, but it would still be a little scandalous!

Show-stopping sequins
This dress is absolutely gorgeous, and the material is wonderfully stretchy and very forgiving. I didn't wear this style, but if I had, I would have been more comfortable in the XL for length--I love mini dresses, but I would have flashed folks in the L!

I wore this dress for a black tie opera gala, and I received so many compliments on it!
It stands out in a subtle, classy way. I definitely needed shapewear for this dress, but it was well worth it. The back was especially stunning, and both the cut and color make it truly unique. I was concerned about the 10 fitting, as I'm typically between a 10 and 12, but it wound up working perfectly. The length was a bit short on my 5'9" frame, but I wore kitten heels and felt comfortable all night long. Love it!

I didn't end up wearing this dress, but I absolutely could have!
It's such a flattering cut—it worked well for my pear/apple hybrid shape, and the stretch in the material makes it versatile for so many body types. The heaviness of the sequins made it feel especially luxe (and was perfect for concealing any lumps and bumps). The only size available was a 12L, and I would have worn the 10 instead (I'm a toss-up between the two sizes). I may rent this again in the future!

This dress was confidence in fabric form. I have never felt so beautiful!
I. love. this. dress. Seriously, I have never received so many compliments in a single evening! I usually feel self-conscious in fitted dresses, but not in this beauty. I have a fairly straight up-and-down body shape with a wee pooch (hey, wine is delicious), and as a result I stick to swing and sheath dresses that are loose around my middle. I also have larger arms for my frame, so there's a constant war between wanting to cover my arms and concern about sleeves fitting properly. Not so in this dress! It was like a dream pair of jeans—heavy enough material to conceal any flaws, and just stretchy enough for a custom fit. Size-wise, I'm between a 10 and 12, and the 12 looked fine but I loved how the 10 showed off my curves more. My arms fit comfortably in both sizes, which was an awesome bonus :) This dress honestly made me rethink fitted dresses, and I love it so much that I already booked it to wear again this fall. Do it!

I attended the San Francisco Bravo! Club Opera Gala, an annual black tie event.
This dress was beautiful on—very flattering and comfortable. I totally see how it works with many different body types, given how stretchy the material is. However, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone over 5'5". The 10L fit me well in the body, but the tulle ended at my ankle bone before I even had heels on. I would have wanted it to be 3" longer to wear with flats, so a full half a foot longer if I were wearing 3" heels. Otherwise, it's a great choice!

I loved the concept of this dress, but execution proved to be tricky. I'm typically between a 10 and a 12, and I likely could have worn either size (probably would have chosen the 10). However, the top of the dress was huge in the shoulders, which has never been an issue for me (I have broad shoulders, and my bra size is 34D). It gapped in the back and didn't look right at all. One note: I have large upper arms, and I didn't have any issue with the sleeves, which was nice. However, at my event, I saw another woman wearing the dress, and it looked awesome on her! She had a much, much larger chest than I, so I'm someone with an hourglass figure or full bust would rock this dress.
