Very pretty material. Decent fit for a petite person. Scratchy shoulders from seams
I'm 5'2" so this dress hit me above the ankles but below mid calf. I wore this with booties with 3 inch heels. Very lovely material but there's a piece of fabric that's stitched on the shoulder pads to make the sleeves puffy and the seam of this fabric is pretty scratchy. I might recommend wearing a camisole underneath this dress to prevent the itchiness. The v cut is not too deep and appropriate for most occasions

Size way up!
I wear a 0 or XS usually and even a 2 in this size was too small and I couldn't zip up. I already sized up and got a 2. I would have to wear a 4 but then the top would be too big for my shoulders. Rib cage is extremely small! The proportions here are for child models clearly. Normal women be warned.

Flattering figure but bow tie at back is annoyingly large
the fabric that ties the bow at the back of the neck is very thick an annoying. It creates a knot that is much too large. The manufacturer should have picked a thinner, more delicate material for the bow tie knot at the nape of the neck.

Regular is too long for petite people
I'm 5'2" and the regular was WAAAAYYY too long. I would have had to wear 7 inch heels so that the bottom doesn't touch the floor. Impossible. I checked the label and it didn't say whether the dress was regular or long but I rented the regular size. I think there's a petite size available but it's not available for RTR unlimited customers. You might have to do reserve only. Also I concur with the other reviewers about the difficult straps. They're uncomfortable and keep falling off.

Lovely dress. But very long on my 5'2" frame even though I wore 3 inch heels. Dress still dragged on the ground and it was hard to walk up and down stairs

very cropped and very stretchy
Didn't wear. It was too cropped and it hit at around the natural waist line, which made it too short to wear with jeans (unless you have washboard abs and don't mind showing that off).

Lovely dress - flattering fit - VERY SPARKLY!
I wore this to work (my work is not very conservative, I can basically wear whatever I want), but if you're planning to do the same, note that this dress is very sparkly! Much more so than it appears in the photos! I'm 5'2" and this dress hit me somewhere between mid-calf and ankle, so it was slightly long for a petite person like me.

Extremely narrow - couldn't even pull it over my calf (and I don't have wide calves). Didn't wear.
This must be for someone with extremely skinny legs. I'm a solid 0 or XS and I don't even have wide calves (e.g. when I buy knee high boots I don't buy the wide-calf variety, I buy regular boots), but I couldn't even pull these pants over my calf to wear it. Also the pants are unlined and was a little itchy for the short time that they were pulled to my knees.

Too large and loose top - kimono style
Top was way too large and loose on top. I really love kimono styled tops in general, but there was so much extra fabric around the chest area that you look like you have large saggy boobs. Not flattering. This might have worked well for a large chested person but I'm an A cup.

Too small around waist and ribcage
I'm generally a solid 0 or XS but this piece was so small around the waist and ribcage that I could not even zip it up. I think the size 0 must be for someone with a waist smaller than 25 inches!

Solid dress for a conservative wedding
Nice dress. A little bit of mother of the bride thing going but worked well for a conservative wedding. I say conservative because it was for the wedding of a work client so I had to dress appropriately. There was slightly too much fabric around the top of the dress so there was a little bit of bunching in the lace area

Great cut. Cheap material. Pockets!!!
Very flatting chic cut. Love the color blocking. However there was a lot of piling on the material and it seemed quite cheap. Like I could have bought this jacket at Zara instead of it costing 2K+. There are convenient pockets on either side with top or side insert. Very useful. Overall I really loved it but just wish that the material was more luxurious feeling.

Flattering (only for models)
This is a gorgeous dress but unfortunately it's only flattering if you have a totally flat stomach and nice curves. But is probably not great if you have a huge chest. This is also great if you have a nice back that you love showing off. Alas I wasn't thin enough to wear it so I didn't.

Great work to cocktail hour/date dress
Conservative enough for work but also feminine and classy enough for cocktails or a date afterwards. The dress is not figure hugging and kind of loose around the waist and hips which was perfect for hiding a little bit of post-natal chubbiness around my waist.
