Wore this for my outdoor summer graduation. I was going to be wearing some heavy robes on top of my dress and so I was looking for a lightweight dress that wouldn't show any sweat marks once I took off the robes for pictures and then brunch later on. This dress was the perfect weight and style for my outdoor summer event. I loved the vibrant colors of the flowers. The fabric is lightweight and laid really well on my body without showing any flaws. The length overall was a bit shorter than I would have liked, but the asymmetrical hem helped a bit. I would recommend to others to rent, but probably wouldn't rent again because of the short length.

I am 5' 10" and have pretty long legs; this dress was too short and I didn't feel comfortable wearing it even with nylons because it barely covered my rear end. The top half fit perfectly; I typically wear a size M shirt/blouse. I did love the style and the gorgeous emerald green color; I was sad not to be able to wear it! RTR graciously sent me a different dress that fit better.

This dress was the perfect color/fabric/weight for an evening fall wedding in Chicago. The emerald/teal color was a great fit for the season, and the long sleeves and weight of the fabric were also great for the temperature. It was a bit shorter than I would have liked; tall girls, take notice. It was OK standing up during cocktail hour or sitting during dinner, but not the best for hitting the dance floor. The 6 was a perfect fit for me on the top (I usually wear size M shirts/blouses), but juuust a tad too tight around the butt (I usually wear size 8 pants). It was passable, but the dress definitely hugged my rear end. I wonder how the Size 8 dress would have fitted, but that size wasn't available. Would recommend to others, but it wasn't my favorite RTR.

I had originally ordered another dress from RTR, but it didn't fit, and so I got this dress in exchange when I went to the brick-and-mortar store in Chicago a day before the wedding I attended. I wouldn't have typically picked out this dress for myself, and so I will give all of the credit to the associate at the RTR store who helped me out. When I arrived for my fitting appointment, he had already picked out dresses for me based on my profile. This dress was made of comfortable, sturdy, and stretchy material, not unlike your favorite yoga pants. It hugged every curve but also smoothed everything out. The dress did go down to right above my knees, like in the model's picture, but it also rode up a bit, although I was dancing pretty enthusiastically all night :) Also, the cut by my right shoulder/armpit was a bit weird, but didn't show too much side boob (and I guess was exaggerated when I put my hand on my hip for pictures). Wore with nude/cognac heels. Again, not my favorite dress from RTR, but am ultimately really happy what I ended up with given the situation, and am so appreciative of their great customer service.

I am pear-shaped and typically wear size 6-8 dresses. The reviews said that the slip underneath this dress is tight, and may not be good for pear-shaped or athletic girls, but I did not heed the warnings and ordered it anyway b/c I thought the dress was so lovely! That was a mistake; the reviews were right! I could not get the size 6 or 8 over my butt no matter how I tried to put the dress on (i.e., step into it or put it over my head). I ended up going to the brick-and-mortar RTR store in Chicago to get a replacement dress, and it all worked out in the end. This dress is so pretty and made of such good quality fabric, if you're straight and narrow I think you'd love it!

I am pear-shaped and typically rent dresses sizes 6-8. My intention was to order this dress in blue plus a back-up size. However, when my dresses arrived, the size 6 was in purple and the size 8 was in blue. Both sizes fit just fine, but I preferred the blue color, and so wore the size 8. Wore with barely-there nude hose, nude/cognac heels, and a sparkly necklace, not unlike the one the model is wearing (The picture is not of the actual night in Vegas, it a picture of when I was trying on the dresses at home). Very happy with this pick! Would rent again!

I am pear-shaped and typically wear size 6-8 dresses. I was looking specifically for a dress that said, "Night out in Vegas!", and this dress couldn't have been more perfect. This dress was stretchy, and hugged every curve, but comfortably. It's allll sequins, but provided good coverage (aka not see-through, creates a stream-lined look). It's definitely short, and so I wore with barely-there nude hose and close-toed black heels. Although, I think I remember the dress getting snagged on my hose. I am also of the opinion that the long sleeves balances out the short hemline ;) Definitely no need to accessorize. B/c it's short and stretchy, it could fit well at a dance/club, but wouldn't recommend a lot of intense dance party-ing. Very happy with this pick!

I am pear-shaped and typically wear size 6-8 dresses. I couldn't even zip up the size 6 (i.e., side zipper), but the size 8 zipped up just fine. I also typically wear dresses that are roomy/flouncy on the bottom half due to my pear-shape. Although this dress was overall well-suited for my size and shape, I think that the pockets add a bit more bulk than is necessary, but it wasn't that big of a deal. The fabric is sturdy and of good quality, and benefited from some steaming to get rid of wrinkles and folds. I received compliments on the dress and so got to share my love of RTR!
