Too small, janky zipper
At 5’4 and 118 lbs I ordered the 2R and it was tight but workable. I had to pull it over my head because the zipper wouldn’t unzip all the way. Ended up choosing a different dress because I don’t like the waist of this one - too high - and it’s a lot of dress but not in a good way. If it were my only option it would have been fine

Wanted to love this one but didn't wear it!
I didn't love the fabric of this dress, felt kinda cheap and the fit was weird through the hips. It's not a true A-line either. I might have liked it more if I'd sized up to a 6.

Perfect work dress!
Loved this dress for a couple of business meetings, included one that included lots of sitting on a flight, in Ubers, and in a conference room. The length is professional for me - just an inch or two above the knee (I'm 5'4) and the fabric is nice and light. Note that it does pull over the head and has an elastic waistband.

Creates a beautiful hourglass shape!
Loved this dress! It is not a true DVF wrap - it's not as A-line as the traditional wraps and it pulls over your head and then you tie the little tie in the front, but it's not threaded through the waist and tied shut like a typical wrap dress. It came down about an inch past my knee and I'm 5'4 so I was able to wear Spanx shorts underneath, although I probably could have done without. I tend to be self conscious about my hips and this was ultra flattering. Overall great find and highly recommend!

Perfect work dress - look and feel like a boss
Honestly my RTR Unlimited membership is worth it for the DVF alone. Wore this to a couple of important business meetings. Perfect weight - the fabric is flattering and not too thick to be unbearable in the summer.

Cute but better for straight up and down figures.
I am 5'4 and pear shaped - this dress was so, so short. It barely covered my rear - would not have been appropriate for a wedding. Sizing up would have made the top too big, as it was already gaping a bit in the 4 and would have required fashion tape. Would probably be an easier fit on figures with equal bust to hip ratio or straight up and down.

Cute, better for cold weather
I was going to wear this to a March wedding rehearsal dinner in Paso Robles - however it is too casual. The fabric is kind of a sweater material and felt hot when I put it on. This would be better suited for a daytime event like a bridal shower, or even for work with tights, heels, and a jacket. Loved the color!

Another great Derek Lam jacket!
I always love Derek Lam's jackets for their great fit and instant chic. Sized up to a 6 just in case, fit was fine and probably also would have been fine in a 4. Love the tweed on this one .... coincidentally worn the day Karl Lagerfeld passed - perfect tribute! Perfect for a couple of in person work meetings where the dress code was "business casual".

Light and pretty!
I kind of regret not buying this top - it's perfect for work with or without a jacket. I like the subtle peplum and the pattern. You need a strapless bra with this one - cute and professional and would go with dark jeans or look cute tucked into a skirt! Joie tends to run large, I was happy with the S and XS would probably also have been fine.

This fits more like a coat than a blazer. Super cute with leather leggings, black booties, and black rebecca taylor peplum top! The color is darker red in person, more of a true cranberry and less ruby than in the photo. Very soft and comfortable.

Loved this top! Perfect "going out top" that could go from office to dinner and beyond. Make sure you unzip it all the way at the back to get into it, the zipper goes down further than you'd think. Will keep an eye on this one to buy.
