This too is perfect dressed up with slacks or a skirt for work, or down with jeans or shorts for a night out. I love the classic beauty of it and received tons of compliments. 

Fit was true to size. It hit right above my hip which was great to pair with a high waist skirt or pants. You could wear this any season by just adding a coat/jacket to the look. Really loved this versatile piece.

The lace is a nice touch to this - could wear to work then straight out to drinks. The lace is subtle. I def will rent again 

Fit perfectly and very flattering. Great basic that is easily dressed up or down - nice under a suit and cute with jeans. Not heavy material but holds structure nicely. Probably would buy if it was less expensive.

I wore this for a work-related holiday party. It felt appropriate for a more conservatively dressed crowd. 

I wore this top with velvet pants, but it also looked great with a green silk skirt. I think this could be dressed up or down (with jeans) depending on the occasion.

It fit true to size and was very comfortable. The lace is tasteful and not very sheer as you can see in the picture. The peplum starts at the natural waist and ends around the hips. 

This shirt was easily dressed up or down. the lace at the bust was pretty and peplum had nice flair.  It's not the MOST inventive top ever, but good everyday staple. 

I'm 5'8, I have broad shoulders and this flattered them so well. Rebecca Taylor knows how to design clothes for my shape.

Fits great. Snug but not tight. Material was a tad itchy but the cut was ver flattering.

Great top!  I ended up wearing this for 2 date nights, the theater and a night out in Vegas.  Fit and look great.  

Fits great. Nice long zipper that makes it easy to get off and on. Super cute.

Peplum is well done and cute.  Lace covers enough for this to be office friendly.  I styled this with nice office outfits as well as with jeans.

Really nice fabric and flattering fit. I wore it to work. 

Loved this top! Perfect "going out top" that could go from office to dinner and beyond. Make sure you unzip it all the way at the back to get into it, the zipper goes down further than you'd think. Will keep an eye on this one to buy.

Wore this out to a date night dinner and to work - liked the fit (TTS) and that it was stylish without being over the top (could wear to work). 

This runs ever so slightly small. I usually am a size 4, and the 4 JUST fits. I have broader shoulders and sleeveless tops usually don't look good on me. This one does! The flare at the waist gives it something extra.

Fit is true to size with some give so if you are a bit smaller or larger, it should adjust which is nice. The  bottom flares a bit more than I expected so, unless you want your belly to show, don't wear low waist pants / skirt

Loved the fit. Very exact fit so if you don't have the wiggle room you might want to go up. Otherwise, great piece !

Fit nicely--got a few compliments in the office.

No better feeling than pulling up the zipper and it's perfect.  It hides the small Halloween candy paunch I was rocking from overindulgence.  The peekaboo lace is not scandalous, and appropriate for an office.  I could however see pairing it with leather next time.

Fit fabulously. The peplum still hides my tummy and makes me feel sexy. Definitely a good style and selection. 

Felt great in it but even with the little stretch it was too tight for all day comfort.

But fit is ok and will look good with pants or a skirt

Although I normally wear a US 10 blouse/top, this was  way too small

I'm a bit large breasted with a tiny waist so it's always a struggle. This was beautiful around my waist but crushed my chest and created an unattractive underarm fat bulge. 

I rented this for a bachelorette party thinking it was going to be something special given the $300 retail price, but it was not.  I wore it during the day to lunch because it was not fancy enough to wear for the night out.  I wouldn't rent again.
