Layers of cotton!
I love this brand but this dress is bad. Liner, pockets and cotton were not flattering. The material is very thin on top and has layers from waist down.

I am not familiar with DVF sizing and ordered my regular size. It runs much smaller that Tory Burch and Trina Turk but the dress is absolutely beautiful!

I was not crazy about the fit but I received many compliments. The fabric is fairly heavy. The top shows quite a bit of chest. Not my favorite but I still wore it twice.

This dress runs larger than most Kate Spade. Elastic in waist and around the chest. Straps are long. I still wore it twice and got several compliments. If I get this one again, I will order a smaller size.

Runs small.
Rented this dress for a party. I got an 8 because there was not a 10 available. I usually wear an 8 in BCBG, so I though it would be perfect. This dress was in perfect condition and absolutely beautiful, but tiny. There is zero stretch in the material. I had RTR overnight a new dress and it too was beautiful. They were very helpful with the return.

This is a beautiful dress, but I walked into an event of 400 and another woman was wearing it too. I think I would have liked the dress more had that not happened. Dress is more of a blush color.
