Great piece for winter rotation
I somehow ordered the xlarge, which was a size too wide for me. I'm 5'9" though, so the length was perfect in skinny jeans, but the sleeves were about an inch too short. I did love this sweater and will get it again before the winter is over.

Weird fit
I would have loved this top, but the cut was weird. I had to wear a tank underneath for the deep v, the open wrap, and the front/side hem. If I stood perfectly still, the shirt was very chic. Once I sat down, stood up, walked more than five steps, or reached up to tuck my hair behind my ear, I needed to readjust the entire shirt. Maybe if the fabric weren't so thick and stiff it would have lain differently? Very uncomfortable.

Not for long torso!
Such a great everyday, clean look. Unfortunately, the shirt underneath measured 15" from collar to hem. Since I am 5'9" with a long torso, the hem of the base shirt was above my belly button. Even in higher-waisted jeans, skin was showing. Not okay.

Versatile and comfortable
I have broad shoulders, so I went a size up for comfort, but I could have gotten away with my regular size if I hadn't planned on dancing. This is the perfect dress to wear to an event where women are wearing everything from long gowns to pant suits. I kept the shoes and jewelry simple - this dress doesn't need anything else!

Much shorter than expected!
I am 5'9" and 160lbs, and this dress was comfortable and very pretty, but way shorter than expected. I'm 41yrs old, and it just looked silly on me. I will also say, while the fabric is thick and stretchy, the lines on the design are not forgiving. I have no bumps or bulges, but if you do, you need a shaper underneath.

Comfortable and Confident
I am 5'9", 160lbs, and the Medium fit perfectly - length was just above the knee, and stretchy fabric was not too tight (L would've been too big). While my husband kept saying how pretty I looked, it was still appropriate for a company holiday party. It was nice to wear a dress that made me feel comfortable and confident! (I had tried on the dress in a department store last week, so I knew it would fit and currently in style!)

Great dress for fundraiser!
In terms of fit, you need to know two things: 1.) If you are broad-shouldered, or large-busted, go up a size. I usually wear an 8, but the fabric is not forgiving. I gave myself the extra size so I had room to move my arms and didn't give myself uni-boob 2.) If you are tall, The sheer embroidered part dress hit above the knee at a respectable spot, but the opaque layer underneath hits a bit higher, quite short for someone 5'9". I mention this, because the first pair of black sheer hose I put on had a control top that peeked out below the dress! (Eek!) Luckily I had non-control top hose that were sheer all the way to the top. Based on the generous cut of this dress, skip the control top and Spanx! No need! If you have great legs, this is your dress.

Not for tall women!
The dress arrived in great shape, and I was looking forward to showing off some leg, but I am 5'9" and have a long torso. This dress's waist was cut too high, landing somewhere mid-ribcage and the back was cut for a woman whose butt is 5 inches higher than where mine is (and not just due to gravity). The pleats in the front could be a benefit to women who have a pooch they want to conceal, but for those girls with a flat stomach (or really good Spanx) it adds volume where there isn't any. Not for me.
