I love this sweater so much, I almost bought it!
This sweater is everything I've ever wanted in a sweater. It's beautiful and well made. The trim is rich and the colors are vibrant. It's big but it's supposed to be, so it's not sloppy. It retails for $300 and it shows. On RTR it's $150 for us, and if I were a tad more vulnerable I'd buy it. If it goes below $100 it's mine.

Feminine and flattering
The fabric looks white on the website but it was more of a cream color in person. It's still a really flattering dress for work. Great length, pairs well with tights.

No way this is work appropriate. I would recommend sizing up for the length, but you might lose the waist (which was a bit too loose to begin with) by doing so. So, so short. Even with tights.

Loved it so much, I bought it!
I've been an Unlimited member for about 8 months now, but have yet to purchase a dress. Not only did I rent this dress twice, but I bought it. It came new with tags, how could I resist with the 20% discount? Now that I've purchased it, I don't need to keep this dress a secret anymore :) So, please rent it. It's stretchy, flattering, and the material will keep you warm. Just do it.

I tried it on but it wasn't flattering for me. The waist just wasn't there, and I think a smaller size would've run too short. It looked just sort of - drapey.

I knew I was taking a risk when I ordered it... but when I saw it in person, I knew there was no way this dress was going to work for me. For starters, it goes on over your head, through a tiny and very tight-looking neck hole. No thanks.

The photos do NOT do this classy, elegant, simple number justice. Believe me. It's office appropriate, fits like a glove, and such a beautiful color. I was concerned about all the reviews saying it runs small, but I'm a true 4 (sometimes a 6, but not often) and it fit like a glove. Believe me. Get it. Wait, don't get it... I need this to be available again when I want it! Which will be soon!

Sexy, cute, and fun!
This is the type of dress that makes me think of my Austin, Texas roots. It's breezy, fun, and perfect for drinking on a sunny patio or a Hill County BBQ. Unfortunately, I live in the opposite direction (culturally and geographically) now in Washington, DC. I wore this to an outdoor concert, and the next day to brunch, and the next day to the mall... You get the idea. I didn't want to take it off! It is short, but so what... it's summer, live it up!

2nd time in a month!
This is the 2nd time I've rented this dress in one month. I have to start being more careful to repeat, as people are starting to suspect I have a "secret." The first time I wore a 6. That worked well enough, but I thought the waist could've fit better. This time I chose a 4 and it is perfect. The dress is elegant, classy, and unique. You'll get a ton of compliments on it, guaranteed. The pattern in the picture appears to be more black/white, but in real life it's more of a navy color. I wore it with red "penny loafer" looking heels and felt absolutely fabulous. The drawback to RTR is that you look so amazing you'll want to go out to HH every day!

YES! Love, love love this dress! I wore it no less than 4 times (it is machine washable) before returning it VERY begrudgingly. It is a bit low cut and you will see cleave but in an awesome way, not in an inappropriate way. The length is just right.

Easy breezy!
I wore this to work on a more casual day and received a ton of compliments. It drapes loosely through the waist and hips, so size down if you like a snugger fit. The bodice was not so loose - I don't have particularly big boobs and at one point one of the buttons came undone. You might have to wear a "convertible" style bra that you can cross in the back if you're fussy about your straps showing.

More compliments than I have fingers!
This dress is amazing and beautiful, and makes me feel amazing, beautiful AND comfortable! I've received nothing but compliments all day long, and it's not even noon yet. As far as the fit goes - I consider myself to be a true 6 but the 4 fit perfectly. I can't imagine that the 6 would've been flattering. I seem to have this issue a lot lately, and always say that designers these days do too much vanity sizing, but maybe I'm crazy and I'm actually a 4. I just don't know anymore!

"Slaying it"
This dress is a show-stopper. I've been lusting after it for months now, because it was always unavailable every time I went to make my selection. It is very well-made, and manages to be both extremely stylish and comfortable. I received compliments all day long. I will definitely rent this number again. There are a few "issues" (neither of which prevented me from wearing the hell out of it). First, the background shows white on the website, but in real life is more of a grayish blue. Second, it will probably arrive in need of ironing - which I was/am far too lazy to do. Lastly, it does run large - I am a true 6 (what does that even mean nowadays?) but the 4 fit me very well.

I wore this to work. The material is a fine quality and it is gorgeous. The length was totally appropriate and I did not find it revealing at all. Rebecca Taylor seems to run large though, so size down at least once.

This dress is definitely work-appropriate. It looks short on the model, but I did not find the length troubling. I feel that it's true-r to size than some of the other rentals I've had. Do it!

This dress is made from lovely material, is comfortable, and drapes well. It's beautiful for a casual outing, though I think if your office is less dressy you could get away with it at work too. My only problem was that it runs BIG. I'm a true 6 (though these days, that is pretty meaningless), and wore a 4 which was still too big. Maybe I just wanted a smaller waist than intended so the problem might be me and not the dress.

YES. Just do it.
This dress will change your life! It is pretty, feminine, and wears well throughout the day. In my opinion, the size was a true 6 - very rare these days when designers tend to engage in vanity sizing. Maybe a little snug in the chest, or maybe my bra was just a little too padded ;) One caution - you might need to steam it before you wear it because it arrived kind of wrinkled. I didn't, but I'm extremely lazy :) Edit: I had to rent this a second time, as people are starting to ask about my clothes, and I don't want to arouse suspicion by wearing new dresses every week! Next time I might try the 4 just to see how that fits though.

Not TERRIBLE but not my favorite.
This wasn't an awful dress, but I just wasn't crazy about it. I didn't have any problems with the sheer spots hitting wrong, as other reviewers mentioned. The length was nice and professional, so no slip was needed. I probably could've used a 4, as there was a lot of extra fabric in the waist. If you have a waist that is smaller than your booty, consider sizing down. I paired it with a red cardigan.

A coworker told me that I was "slaying it"...doesn't get much better than that :)
Pair it with a fitted top and a pair of wedge heels and you will slay it too! The only reason that I gave this gorgeous skirt a 4/5 is that I found sitting at my desk to be a bit awkward. The front slit was a bit much and the slip underneath (yes I know it's SUPPOSED to show) didn't provide much coverage. If you wear it to an event where you'll be standing or walking most of the time, shouldn't be an issue.

Compliments galore!
The fabric: very lovely, drapes well, and feels really comfortable. The fit: definitely accentuates your "ass-ets" so just know that going in :) I'm an athletic hourglass so having a small waist and a big behind is a constant sticking point for me when it comes to fitted dresses. There was a little loose fabric at the waist here for me, but due to my ample caboose I'm not sure a smaller size would've been appropriate.
