I waffled between a 6 and 8 on this--it runs true to size and I should have rented an 8 because the 6 was too small and I couldn't wear it. Really bummed about that!! The dress fabric is a little stretchy and forgiving--the length for me was good, too..not too short but definitely flirty. Definitely want to rent the 8 if it ever becomes available...

Color and quality are great -- even tho I read review comments noting the small size, it still took me by surprise how small is really was, compared to pictures. I could fit my wallet and phone--no sunglass case. I downsized my wallet and used the zipper pouches for cards/cash, and didn't carry as much as I normally do Day-to-day --it is a pretty tote and the shoulder strap is great. I would rent this tote again.

This dress is light and hangs nicely...the print is really pretty and the colors are true to the pictures. I wouldn't want it to be any shorter and I didn't cinch the tie very tight because I didn't want it to ride up in back. Would definitely rent again, one of my favorite rentals.

I would recommend going down at least one size on this dress. It's supposed to be loose, I think, but the 8 was way too big--shoulders hung low but I still wore it because it is such a fun piece. The arms were a bit long for me as well. I wore it with fish nets and flats and it was definitely a throw back to college days. The detail on the embroidery is exquisite and the thread color is vibrant. I'm around artists quite a bit and everyone raved about the dress. Will definitely rent again but in a smaller size.

I rented this for everyday, and then a heat wave hit so I'm keeping it for a little while to enjoy it when the weather turns cooler. The one day I was able to wear it, I received a ton of compliments. I love the look--the color blocks are a nice contrast. The fit is a bit large, but I think for a jacket I'd say it's true to size--it's not the style of jacket where you want a tight fit. Perhaps I missed this, but there is a Janis Joplin phrase on the inside liner, kind of your own little secret when worn. Love this jacket!

This fit my essentials: iPad, phone, sunglass case, comb, wallet and a few odds and ends. The feel is very soft and has a casual feel to it, but still feels a little dressier than your day-to-day bag. The strap was a little too long for me for just over the shoulder (I'm 5'4"), but was fine across the body.
