Love the crepe fabric, the dress has enough structure to be flattering. It was a last minute need and I rented in the store. All they had was a size 1-2 sizes bigger than I needed but it looked fine and was so comfortable. The bottom was too wide for me as I don't have big hips, but it wasn't too noticeable.

I ordered a different dress online but it didn't work. Luckily my event was in Chicago so I visited the downtown store and found this one. It was great to have multiple options and try them on. The dress fit well and was true to size, maybe a bit big. I felt comfortable and didn't worry about cleavage or anything bulging. I did have to keep pulling it down as the waist slides up a bit. I loved the fabric, color, lace webbing on the bottom and the pockets. It felt more fun than your typical LBD. It is a bit heavy and the fabric substantial enough to give it some poof.

I rented this dress for a wedding but ended up wearing something else. This dress just didn't work for me. I loved the detailing of the top and the stiffness of the skirt. It was in great condition when I received it. I normally wear an 18. The 2nd size (16) fit better in the shoulders but was a little tight around the waist. The waist was actually closer to the bottom of my rib cage which was uncomfortable. With the high waist, there isn't much definition between stomach and breasts and looked a little billowy. Not how I like to look in the middle. The biggest problem was with the back. Although I really loved the deep V cut, on me, the back was too open, the straps coming off the V were lose and the bottom more snug which seemed to create a back corset pushing the excess up (back cleavage, YUCK!). I think this dress would work better for somebody pear shaped.
