Well this jacket is adorable! The fit is great and maybe a bit too big. I normally wear a L but I thought I would wear the XL, just in case. The sleeves are a bit too long and wrists too loose (or too tight if pushing the sleeves up the arms). Amazing quality!

This dress almost fit in a size 12 but the top of the dress was oddly...baggy and left me quiet exposed. A different DVF dress that I rented in a size 14 fit great and wasn't as big in the chest as this particular dress.

I chose this dress as a back-up. Thankfully the other dress fit well. I normally wear a 12 but the 14 in this dress was super, super tight in the waist and upper body. I could zip it but not breathe. Overall an adorable dress and I would have worn it if it fit well.

Spring Event
Wore this for a spring Atlanta event and it was perfect. I normally wear a size 12 but this 14 fit very well. I had to safety pin the to portion but only a little bit - the V was not vulgar, just didn't want the edge of my bra to poke out the top. I did wear a light spanx style garment to help smoothe things. Dress looked amazing and I felt very confident wearing it.

Rented for a semi-formal holiday party. It held ID, couple of cards, one lipstick, two tissues, and the phone...very tightly. The clasp would sometimes pop open. Carried like a clutch - did not use the chain. Great quality. Received a lot of compliments from guys interestingly enough.

I loved this dress. I carry most of my weight in my gut but with this dress and one pair of Spanx, I was just fine. This dress is extremely comfortable. I was able to wear a regular bra without any issues. The 12R fit fine but it was just too tight in the belly for me. The dress fits loose in the shoulders and arms. The only problem I had was the folded bits of fabric around the seem in the back of the dress. This part like to pop out (where the tag is) and the wife had to keep tucking this back under. This dress gives you an awesome mermaid/va-va-voom shape even if you weren't born with it. Thick fabric - perfect for Fall & Winter. Formal enough for a black tie event.

I adore this dress. This is one of those that if it came in different colors I would rent the entire line. I carry most of my weight in my gut and it camouflaged it quite well. The 10 would have fit everywhere but the belly and my wide back. The 12 was perfect - no Spanx needed. The straps covered a traditional bra without any problem. The skirt swishes gently while walking. The length came just below my knees and was flattering on a 5'6" frame. The fabric is thick and lined - does not show any undergarments, no matter what color you choose to wear. I wore this outside...in the summer...in Georgia...after a thunderstorm and I did not die from the heat. Great quality dress for the rental price. A pair of earrings with either a watch or a bracelet is the only thing needed to accessorize this classy dress. Good job RTR!

Summer housewarming party
Such a fun party dress! The arm holes are big and I was easily able to size down (normally wear a size 10, wore the small in this dress). Tons of fabric that sashays as you walk. Couldn't help strutting a bit. This dress can be dressed up (cocktail) or down. If the dress was the same length in the front all the way around, it would feel a bit short to me. The longer fabric on the sides and the back helped to keep me feeling a bit more covered up. I carry my weight in my gut and this dress hid it wonderfully. This dress arrived heavily wrinkled and I had to spend quite some time on it with the iron. This more a trapeze dress. The top portion is not fitted. The fabric catches any kind of powder or lotion. I wore a pair of sliders/bloomers underneath in case some wind came by. This is not a dress to try and wear a belt with, it would not gather right. Fun! Would totally order again in a different color.

Great dress - big Mara Hoffman fan
I rented another Mara Hoffman dress a few weeks ago (the green one - same style of dress) and I adored that dress. When I saw this print and shape I knew it would be perfect for a 30-something to wear to a high school graduation party of a family friend - gotta look trendy while not trying to look like a teenager. This dress did fit a bit different than the green one. The fabric is not as silky/satiny. It arrived heavily wrinkled and I had to spend some time with the steamer. I'm average bust but the buttons did split in this area. I had to use double sided/modesty tape here. In the green I could have probably have fit into a small, this one there would have been no chance - order your true size. If you are smaller bust you might get away with going a size smaller. This dress is a bit more sheer than the green but when worn with a nude bra and undies it was fine. I did elect to go with a strapless but a traditional bra would be fine as well. I carry my weight in my gut and this dress skimmed right over it. Great lightweight dress to wear in the Summer. Overall this was a great dress. Still love the designer and will be ordered other dresses in this style but in different patterns.

The color of these earrings are awesome. Great luminescence to them. Great quality. Big enough to make a statement but not so big that it was the only thing you saw on me. The weight of the earrings were a killer though. Just a bit too heavy for me to want to rent again in a different color.

Sunday Brunch Cute & Comfy
Freaking adorable dress. Wore this for a casual Sunday spring brunch in Atlanta. If this dress came in a kelly green or black I would purchase it in a heartbeat. I styled it like the model (rented the bar necklace). The length is appropriate - not too modest but definitely not short. The neckline did not come down to low and could wear a regular bra with no problems. The pockets are adorable but not really useful. I carry my weight in my gut and I felt like this dress did well to camouflage it. This was a new dress shape for me and I liked it. Would totally rent this dress again if it came in a different color.

Trendy but classic
The color is brilliant and fantastic! I loved these earrings. I do have small ears and they took up a lot of space on the lobe but they were still wearable. The rubber backing had to be placed tight against the ear to prevent the earring from sliding around. I'm not sure if my ears are just sensitive or it is something that the earring is made of but my ear lobes were hot and swollen for the next few days after wear. Even with some tenderness the next day, I would rent these earrings again. Need them is more colors!

May Outdoor Derby Day Party
The dress fit like a dream! Glad I listened to the reviews and got my back-up size as one size down. I am thicker though the waist and had so problems with fit. Bigger hips would have rocked this dress as well. The chest area fit just fine, no tape needed (36C). I elect to wear a strapless bra but a traditional bra would have worked just fine. I did wear an undergarment to help smooth things out a little bit but could have gone without it as well. In May, in Georgia, and outside, I stayed cool while others were overheating. Highly recommend!

I ordered this dress to wear around the salon and hotel while I was getting ready for my wedding. Tried the medium first...the waist was too small. Tried the large...the chest was too stretched out and the waist was still too tight. It just overall looked weird on me. Was hoping that I could get away without wearing a bra but the elastic on top is pretty thin. The skirt part is cute, can be casual or dressy. Was hoping that this dress would work but again, it did not. Did not wear the medium or the large.

Outdoor House Party Perfect!
I love, love, love this dress. It reminded me of a relaxed, satiny, 70s awesome housewife that was hosting a chic party. Nothing but compliments all during the party. My fiance and I were hosting a "happy hour" at our house for all of our wedding out-of-town guests. I was running around like a crazy lady making sure everything was going well but I looked fabulous the entire time! I did not wear a belt, didn't need it. Wore a traditional bra with no problems. The slits in the legs come up to the knees which allows for each walking. Will definitely be ordering more of this style. LOVE!

The fit through the waistband was fine. I read other reviews (smaller sizes) where it mentioned that it was stretched out. I think that has to do with how it is stored on the hanger. The length was definitely longer than expected. I am 5'6" and it came to just a few inches above my ankles. Overall the skirt was fine and guests though it was very adorable. The condition was good but one could tell that it had been worn a few times - looked tired. If I owned this skirt, I would definitely have at least 6" hemmed from the bottom to make the length more flattering.

The earrings are fine. The gold in the earrings match the gold in my dress. The weight is a bit heavy. The posts are quite long as well. When people would give me a hug, the posts would dig into the skin behind my ears. Good quality. Stiff, earrings don't "dangle" or move.

Fancy Bowling with Friends
I had originally ordered this dress for a friend's birthday party. About a week prior I received notice that the evening birthday party had been pushed back by a week but I had another friend's bowling party earlier that same day. I figured...why not wear a dress to a fancy bowling alley? The length allowed me to play Giant Jenga and bowl without any issues. Super comfortable and I could easily move and twirl and throw a ball. I ordered the 10 and 12 - wore the 12. There is no give in the waist (around 31" waist). I wore a strapless bra but could have easily worn a regular bra (hidden strap holders in the dress). It can be dressed up with a little bit of a heel or go with a flat (I wore leopard print flats at the start of the night then bowling shoes - still cute).

Fancy date night.
This is a wonderful dress. I wore this with some platform high heeled booties and a simple pendant necklace. The dress doesn't need more than that. I could have worn the 12 but I found the 14 more comfortable in the shoulders and back area. The dress is wonderfully thick - great for fall or winter. The length is modest. Excellent quality. My only complaint would be the back, with the zipper, bunches and does not lay flat. I wore this with a traditional bra and light control pair of Spanx to smooth out things. Definitely felt chic.

This dress was a replacement dress. Customer service kept in constant contact with me and were very nice. Dress is beautiful! The fabric is thicker than I thought but that made it even better. I could have went without a bra but I elected to go ahead and wear a strapless for more shape. I could have been zipped into a 12 but the 14 fit just fine. I actually wished that it fit a bit tighter in the hip area. The colors are gorgeous. Very well made. The dress moves beautifully. 5 stars!

This dress was a replacement for a replacement for a replacement. What can I say? It was the holiday party season and Customer Service worked it out for me - constant communication. After losing a good amount of weight I am kind of unsure on my true dress size at the moment. I hoped for the best and requested the 14L (last 14 they had in stock). The dress arrived on time and in good condition. At 5'6" plus some "hooker" heels, this dress still dragged the ground by a good four inches. No biggie, I was only wearing this for engagement photos. The overall fit was superb (minus the length)! There is a chance that I could have been zipped into a 12, but the 14 was very comfortable. I could have easily went without a bra but I elected to wear a strapless to give the dress a bit more shape. I didn't even have the armpit "chicken cutlets" that you can get with other strapless dresses. The color is the most perfect kelly green ever. If this dress was the correct length I would be begging to purchase and keep this forever.
