I am typically a 10, and I wore an 8 and it was still loose around my waist (not very noticeably) i am smaller on top than bottom.. I still loved it it was very flattering and I don't normally wear this length but it made it a little more interesting

Versatile, BRIGHT
My first impressions of this dress was that I looked like a rich kid socialite going to brunch or something - butttt ended up loving it. Wore to work, casual ish dinner, & on Mother's Day since I had it for a month as part of my RTR update. Really ended up loving it... Flattering and looks expensive. If you are between sizes I would size down since the top is pretty loose, but it's probably supposed to be that way.

I usually am a large, but the medium fit fine a little tight on my hips. I rented a medium bc large was out and I just looked curvy.. great for work or a social event. It is on the longer side so it really is versatile. Lots of compliments

Wish I could have kept ..
Fit great on my pear shaped bod.. I love this dress for work, or a conservative outing on the weekend.. like dinner with family. I wore with a blazer to work and really did look so polished. The slip in the front was longer than the dress which may only be a problem on some rentals... but a safety pin worked.

Beach wedding
I usually rent size 10 (sometimes 8). I wore the medium and it was a little loose in the top and waist since I am a pear and couldn't wear a bra because of the top. The material is also thinner than the fabric on the usual rtr dresses. Overall it looked really good. Wish I owned it :)

I wore it to my graduation from grad school. It was extremely flattering and everyone loved it. DO NOT RENT if you have any type of tummy fat because it hugs there. I carry all my weight in my thighs so it was perfect. Good for pears and hourglasses.

So perfect for a pear. Fit like a glove, no need for a bra. Also was very flattering the way it flared out on the hips. I want to own this dress. My sister is a size 0/2 and rented the small and said it looked terrible and was too big. So be careful if you're tiny.

It is extremely flattering because the sequin shell is very fitted. Also, I have a huge butt so the chiffon definitely helped cover it up a little, but in a good way. Got a million compliments and felt very confident.
