When i first chose this dress i had my doubts after reading it ran a little big, and honestly the photos on the model aren't that impressive. Let me just say, when i received this dress in the mail and tried it on all my doubts were at rest. I usually have trouble with dresses being a little too big around the hips and bust but this dress fit me perfectly. It accents the waist and actually gave my boobs a little lift, haha. overall this dress was beautiful and i would recommend it over and over to everyone. Just one thing, the length was just right, if my heels were any higher it would have been too short. my heels were about 4 - 4 1/2 inches.

this dress was beautiful. in person i felt like you didn't really see the black lace as much as the picture but it fit my body perfectly and made me look like i had some curves, which i unfortunately do not. i didn't end up wearing this dress because it was too short. i went with the other dress i ordered instead. i would consider renting this again in a 0L for an event.

I was so excited to get this dress, i've been eyeing it since it came out. it did not disappoint, except for the fact that it was a little roomy in the waist area and HUGE on my chest... no amount of fashion tape was going to help. so i went to Victoria's secret the next day and bought a strapless bra that adds 2 cup sizes, this seemed to help keep it up alot better. it also ran long even with my 4 1'2" heels it was still long. this sounds like a lott of complaining but really it was a beautiful dress and i was able to make it work. i've come too notice from past experience of renting, badgley mischka tends to run to big for my body type. so now i know for future renting.

i received these earrings as my mystery bling. these were beautiful earrings however, i was surprised to find that they were clip ons. i've never worn clip on earrings before so i was little nervous that they may fall off etc. fear not, they did not fall off but they did leave a bruise on my ear and by the end of the night my lobes were throbbing! i think they may have been a bit too heavy, whatever the case i'm not sure how i feel about clip ons from here on out.

my original dress ended up being a mess on me so last minute, the day before my event I spent an hour on the phone with Talia at rent the runway. she was amazing and although there were not many dresses available to choose from last minute she helped me out and made sure I received it that day. this dress ended up being beautiful, a deep navy color however in photographs it came out a brighter blue. I loved the open back and the belt. I have a small chest and did not have to use tape or anything to hold me in but i think someone with a large chest may need to.

first of all the dress completely swalled my frame, the rouging in the stomach area actually worked against me, due to it being extremely large - making it look as if i had a belly. the worst part was the underwire in the bust area which was poking out and was extremely painful/uncomfortable. but, Talia over at rent the runway was nothing less than AMAZING and helped accomodate me and shipped me out a dress that day which i will be wearing tonight to a benefit.

it was my fault for not trying it on before hand, but i brought the dress with me to atlantic city for a friends birthday and as we got dressed to go out, thats where it went down hill. the dress had a slight tear in the lace, so i contacted rent the runway right away and they were extremely nice and apologetic. the fit was also completely off for my body type. it ran large and i think it would suit somebody with a larger bust a lot better. it also fit me a little bit longer than i was expecting. (i am 5'4 1/2). but i think if it was on a curvier girl it would be a really cute dress. it was just completely wrong for my body type.

i recieved these as "the stylist surprise" item. these earrings were just the right amount of sparkle and sophistication without being too much. The dress i wore was silver sequined (Peter Soronen - knockout dress), so i was afraid it was going to be too much, but it was perfect. the earrings complimented the dress perfectly. they were not too heavy, and photograph great :)

i wore the dress for the my 25th birthday. The dress is beautiful, a bit heavy (the material) and being that i am small chested there was a little extra room in the chest area. I didn't have too many issues with having to pull it up throughout the night or anything like that. i recieved compliments from not only friends but a few strangers throughout the night. I definitely recommend this dress if you want to make an impression, it's impossible not to in this dress. I can totally see this as being an amazing new years eve dress!

i actually didnt get to wear this dress, this was my original order and they called me and let me know that my back up size was no longer available and i ended up wearing the back up dress RTR very nicely sent me over at no charge. i did however try on the size that was sent to me and it seemed to fit a little large on my chest and the strap didnt sit on my shoulder the way it shows on the model it was too long. however, it clinged amazing on my body, i loved it! this dress would go amazing with a nice tan (which i am currently not! haha)

i was looking for a dress to wear to a wedding, i wanted something simple and elegant but not too boring. this dress was exactly what i was looking for! with an open back and a slit up the leg it felt very rihanna in armani (grammys). it seems to fit true to size maybe a tad bit big and also seems to run very long, even with 3 1/2 inch heels the regular was still long in length. i am very small chested but still needed some body tape to secure the sides on the dress. bottom line is i highly recommend this dress! i think it could work for all body types, extremely flattering and not to mention i got compliments all night long. deffinetly not your average black dress! :)
