Perfect for Winter Night Out
Rented this dress for a New York trip in December. Wore it to a dinner and Broadway show. Perfect for both walking around the cold city and sitting / mingling. The skirt is GORGEOUS and got so many compliments. The top is form fitting, but not super snug. I wore the 6R, but the 4R fit as well -- I just decided for a slightly looser fit. Only downsides were the sleeves were a tad short and hit just above my wrists, which was awkward as I'd preferred a 3/4 length or to fully cover my wrists. Also, the back of the skirt was long enough that I should have worn taller heels than my 2" booties. I could've worn this dress all weekend and wouldn't hesitate to rent again or own someday!

Silky Pillow Case
I rented this as part of the 3for1 Vday special as I loved the pattern and wanted to try something a little but different than my normal A-line fits. While I still enjoyed the pattern, the dress itself looked way more grandma-y in person and felt like I was wearing a silky pillow case. There was no shape to it and the long length + sleeves + high neckline made it feel super conservative (not like a dress for a date or friend's wedding). I tried adding a belt (seen in picture) but it didn't help any. After all this, I don't think the champagne color did my skin tone any justice so with just that I'd probably not wear it. Definitely looks better on people that are taller so the hemline isn't as long and for more olive/darker skin tones.

Beautiful and classic print!
Purchased this as part of the Vday 3for1 special and ended up wearing this for our wine tasting and Italian dinner date. At first, the skirt felt too tight at my hips (but the other 2 I got I didn't like as much) so I stuck through it -- and by the time we got to the wine tasting I totally forgot about my initial worry. While my thighs were still a little bit restricted, for a relaxed/casual date this wasn't an issue. The small "vents" around the arms definitely helped with movement. The length is a little shorter than I'd normally wear, but the classy pattern + the sleeves makes it still look/feel more conservative. Also, I've read in other reviews they think the dress is "faded" -- I did notice some of the pattern is lighter, but I think that is just part of the design and the blue doesn't pop as much as it may on the computer screen making a more "romantic" feel to it. If I were to rent again -- especially for an event like a wedding -- I'd probably order up a size for more movement.

Fun twist on a LBD
I'd only say this dress runs small if you don't account for curves (like I didn't). The top fit fine, but my hips area was definitely snug and I would need to get a 6 to wear this in public without pulling at the skirt constantly. The material is thick and forgiving. Love the geometric shapes and subtle cutouts. Wore a regular bra, but you can kind of see it in my close up picture -- a demi may work better. Rented this as part of the VDay 3for1, but passed on actually wearing it due to the size.

Perfect for a December holiday party in San Francisco
I wanted something classic, sexy and tasteful for the boyfriend's big holiday party at his new tech job. This dress was perfect! Loved the thick material and long sleeves so a jacket wasn't needed. The cutouts were enough to make the dress edgy and unique -- yes the cutouts mean you have to be careful about bra choice, but my nude demi cut with clear straps were very well hidden. The only pitfall was I am always a size small at 5'7'' and 140lbs, but the small was sooo form fitting that it created rolls and wrinkles I didn't think existed on my body. BUT thank goodness I got a size bigger too, because the medium fit beautifully and I had no fitting issues all night. The sleeves seemed long at first so I tried rolling them, but they actually looked better left long and I didn't notice it once the night started. I would totally buy this dress if I had a few hundred dollars to throw down.
