One of the first (of many) compliments I received wearing this dress was "simply marvelous." I love that it has a classic style but with a modern take - the crop-like top and back gives it unique flair. I felt covered and appropriate for business but this could definitely fit any fun occasion too. I read other reviews to choose my sizes and so ordered a size down from my regular (I typically wear a 6) and chose the smaller size for my event, which fit spot on. If you're on the fence about choosing this dress, do it. I wish I could keep this in my closet!

I wore this top for a New Year's concert in a cold climate and it was the best choice. The lace and color are beautiful - it's stand-out and classy. The crop style gives it a more modern feel. Fits true to size.

The fit of this dress was true to size for me. I had taken other reviews into consideration that described the dress as running small and ordered what would be a size up for me. However, the size up dress fit loose and so I could have gotten away with my normal. There was tearing of the material in the arms from previous wear, but it was easily masked by the location and amount of detail throughout. The dress is beautiful!

At my height, I had to wear high platform wedges to make sure I wouldn't step on the bottom of the dress. The fit was great in all other aspects and is a flattering dress.
