I really love the pattern on this dress, and the material is really comfortable. I thought it ran a bit large and that I probably should have gone down a size so that the dress looked more fitted in the waist. I also agree with other reviewers who said that the sleeves were loose fitting. The sleeves on the dress I wore were a little baggy, from the elbow to the wrist. They definitely weren't fitted like on the model in the picture. I wore a long cardigan over the dress to make it more casual for work, and that ended up taking care of the sleeve issue. Beautiful dress!

The dress definitely runs at least one size large. I usually wear a size 10 in a dress, and I fit into an 8 easily. I love that the top looks separate from the bottom; it is a fresh take on a work dress. The length was perfect; it was a chilly day so I threw on a pair of patterned black tights and it made the look even better! I like the weight of the fabric; it was amazingly comfortable. I ended up wearing the dress all day, from my dissertation defense in the morning all the way through my celebration party in the evening. Definitely recommend it!!
