one of my favs
This is the second time i've rented this dress... i may end up buying it. I currently have the 40 at home but IF i decide to return it and rent a third time, i'll try the 38 because the 40 is just a teensy big. still totally wearable though... it's slightly low cut, but not inappropriately so. and even at 5'2", the length isn't too long on me, though definitely longer than in the photos. i love the 40s feel mixed with the hint of avant-garde with the asymmetric hem and gathers at the hip. love this piece.

Lovely but LARGE
I rented this and when it arrived I tried it on and immediately sent it back for a smaller size. I really look forward to wearing it, it's SO pretty and hangs really nice on, even given it's somewhat shapeless silhouette. I typically land between a 4 and 6 and I received the 4... but I could literally wear the 0. Which is what I'll be ordering next:)

pretty and sassy
There's something about this dress that made me all kinds of happy... maybe the asymmetric hem? Maybe the sheer bodice? Maybe the cap sleeves or the tie at the neck? The ruffles, perhaps? I will say, I did wear this... but it was SNUG. I wish I would've rented the 8. And I land between a 4 and 6 so I was a bit surprised at the fit, but that being said... I still dug it and wore it and loved it. Length was to the floor, I'm 5'2" and wore it with converse. And I'm a 34 D... and zipped it up all the way. Just... it was tight:)

Subtle AND Dramatic
This dress is equally as dramatic as it is subtle. The color is vivid and gorgeous, the fabric is medium weight and hangs beautifully and has a slight sheen to it. The asymmetric hem lends to the drama... and on a short person, even in heels, the tips touched the ground. The top is the subtle part. Very vintage in feel... I turned up the cuffs on the sleeves, left the top buttons undone and popped the collar. I’m a 34D and it didn’t pull or threaten to come apart. The 8 fit like a glove, really flattering. There’s zero stretch or give in the fabric btw. I traveled with this dress and definitely had to iron it as it wrinkles easily. I’d absolutely wear this again ... so many compliments!!! Made me feel fancy.

Belle of the Ball
This dress was a huge hit! I'm 5'2" and it was definitely quite long.... which is one of the things I LOVED! Other than that it fit like a glove. So dramatic, all the dragging. Yes, it got stepped on a time or two, but I figured out pretty quickly when to pick it up and hold all that fabric and when to just show it off! The color is vibrant and really pretty with just enough sparkle. The only downside for me was the zipper situation. Had I not been with someone who could zip me up there would have been NO WAY for me to do it alone. and I tried. hard. But still, it was a showstopper and I was very happy with it!

The Magic Dress
This is probably my very favorite dress I've rented so far.... so much whimsy, so much movement. I wore it for hours after my event because I just didn't want to take it off. Massive amounts of fabric... wonderful heavy weight... but not as in 'weighing you down'. Very long.... Depending on what you're wearing it for the length and amount of fabric could potentially be an issue. But it was beyond perfect for me. Even given my height, or lack thereof, the extreme length only added to the drag-on-the floor drama!

Sexy Sparkles!
This is a really fun piece! It's defiantly a curve-hugger, but super flattering. I'm on the short side at 5'2" and I liked where the length hit me. The color is a slightly more muted than in the photos. I didn't find the sequins to be itchy at all.

Fun, everyday, lightweight jacket
I'd been wanting to rent this for a while. It was a perfect layering piece on my trip to New York. Thankfully we had beautiful weather, as it's definitely lightweight and wasn't exactly a keep-you-warm piece. But i loved wearing it, super versatile. I'd rent this one again!

I wish I would've worn the small instead of the medium, as the sleeves were too long and the coat was definitely too big on me. My only other complaint is that there weren't any pockets. Other than that it was a beautiful and fun coat to traipse around NYC in!

THIS DRESS IS HEAVEN
this skirt arrived quite wrinkled and it was a bit arduous getting the wrinkles out. however, that being said... once i got it on, i did not want to take it off!!! the fabric is heavy and there is A LOT of it! it's slightly shorter in front, and on my 5 ft 2 frame the back dragged slightly behind me... which i loved. i'm a 27 inch waist and the small fit like a glove. highly recommend. you will feel like a kid, a princess, a pop star. LOVE

Fantastic little romper
this lil thing fit like a glove. very flattering... but very low cut. i'm a 36C and i chose to wear a cami under to make up for the deep V and excessive cleavage, which is just not my jam. i mean, it looked great! just not appropriate for my crowd. there are a lot of fit details that are hard to see in the photos, but that really are beautiful. the only other downside was the slight difficulty in unzipping and zipping on your own. i have long arms so i made it work, but it took a bit of effort. still, worth renting... really great alternative to a dress.

darling dress//flattering and fun
I loved wearing this darling dress! the fabric is rich and heavy, with a slight sheen so it catches light beautifully. as a not very tall person (5'2") i loved the length... it hit me at just the right spot. definitely short, but not micro-mini. i'm somewhat short waisted and with a 36C bust i thought this might not be flattering on me, i rented anyway because i thought it was so cute.... and i'm quite glad i did. it fit great, looked great, cinched in my waist, and wasn't too snug in the bust. a tad tight in the shoulders but i wasn't doing any lifting of my arms over head so it wasn't an issue:)

this beautiful dress fit me like a glove! though slightly snug in the chest, i still zipped it right up with zero hassle. the full skirt with it's asymmetric hem was the selling point for me! did NOT want to take this dress off!! the fabric was heavy and rich. a total standout piece.... sooooo many complements.

great fit, very flattering.
as with ALL of my rentals (unlimited rules!) this dress was better in person than in the photos. the fabric feels fancy, the detail on the cuffs of the sleeves is my favorite. with all of the coverage this dress provides, it's quite modest, it's still very flattering. there is a slight amount of give in the fabric and the 2 fit like a glove... not tight but hugged my curves just enough. i'm 5'2" and i loved the length on my frame. i wore high ankle booties which lengthened my legs and added a bit of sexy to an otherwise conservative look. i'd totally rent this again.

cute summer staple!
i was so pleasantly surprised by this dress.... i mean i thought it was cute in the photos, but it's even prettier in person. i'm petite but a 36C, and i probably could've gotten away with the XS because of the boxy, flowy cut. the fabric is nicer than something you'd throw over your bathing suit and head to the beach in, but not so fancy that you can't pair it with converse. it does wrinkle when you sit, but that's the only negative i found. i may keep this one a while!

Cool statement piece
this was a great alternative to a cocktail dress. the print and the one shoulder design make it eye catching and flirty. the legs were VERY long on me. i used some sticky hem tape to hold them up for the evening, and wore very high platform shoes. regardless, i loved the way it felt and though the fit was slightly large on me, the 2 would likely have been to small. wish there'd have been a 4short:)

Fun and Flattering
i LOVED wearing this! somehow it managed to be simple AND a statement piece at once. the print plus those bell sleeves gave it a unique and chic where-did-you-get-that feel. definitely on the shorter side, but as a short person it worked on me. i wore it with short black leather high heeled booties to give my legs some length. my only 2 negatives would be while the solid black semi-stretch back made it comfortable, i think it'd be cuter if the entire dress were in the print fabric, that's not really a negative just my 2 cents. in addition, as others have also mentioned, the lining in the front hung down below the hem making it unwearable. i used some sticky hem tape to remedy the problem... worked like a charm.

unique shape, really comfortable
i loved wearing this dress. it's not the most flattering thing on me, given my height i suppose. i'm fairly short waisted with a bigger bust for my size, so the fact that this dress is very roomy on top didn't help me. however... heels helped. and i loved the over all shape so much i decided i didn't care that the top made me look bigger! i wore it 3 times in a week to 3 different events. i'll keep it on my 'rent again' list too. PS: that is the Zac Posen bag, also rented.

surprisingly neutral color
i'm a black bag kinda girl.... granted i like unique black bags... but i'm a sucker for a classic go-with-everything back handbag.... therefore i really stepped out of my comfort zone with this blue zac posen. but since i knew it wasn't a permanent decision i decided to give it a whirl. and i'm so glad i did! it's the perfect medium size and goes with nearly everything... from athletic wear to dinner attire. easy to get in and out of too.
