Red Draped Lula Gown

My size it's 6 but I wear size 10 because European designers it's run small I have a lot of compliments it was very comfortable dress ,Very elegant definitely I recommend it to order this beautiful dress

This dress is INCREDIBLE. I wanted to rent it so bad I rented a Size too small but since it was forgiving I was OK. I would rent your normal size. I wore it for a white tie event and it was literally perfect.

The dress is on the long side so would recommend wearing it with heels.

This dress felt very luxurious and the side drape added to the theatrical effect. Beautiful shade of red helped me transform into a stylish demon. I'm 5'10" and the dress was the perfect length for me, eve with heels. I absolutely loved this piece and wish I could own it.

It's a lot of dress but it's like butter. The color suited me and it flows like a dream. I am normally an 8 but wasn't available so I ended up with a 10 but it's so flowy it didn't matter at all. That's the reason I'm not likely going to be choosing it for my event... I think I want something form fitting.

I felt like a movie star in this dress. It's so glamorous and elegant. I received compliments all night. The size was perfect except for the length, it was about and inch too long even with 5 inch heels, but I could still walk and dance without any problem. I'm 5'1 and 115 lbs. it's my favorite formal dress from RTR so far.

The fit is loose but still flattering. The dress has a lot of movement which is really fun! The fabric is on the thicker side so you can heat up easily. Overall, loved this dress!

Glamorous, elegant, a lot of complements

This. dress. is. incredible. It is: 1. A head-turner 2. Comfortable 3. So much fun to wear I cannot tell you the amount of people who stopped me and were absolutely in awe of this dress. It has so much drama and looks *expensive*. Walking down stairs or where there's a little wind creates such a gasp-worthy moment with the drape and train of the dress and in my case, turned heads and stopped tracks. Honestly don't know how I'm going to top this remarkable dress. The sizing is "true to size" - there's a lot of fabric, but the look of the dress requires that. The 14R = 10US and normally I'd wear an 8, but with this dress it worked out well. An 8 would have fit more snugly around the bust and the hip, but the 10 (14R) gave me more room to move around and the "slip," which is attached and does show when you walk, had more flow. At 5'7" with 2.5" heels the standard length dress hit the floor with just a tiny bit of extra in the front. (Pro tip for walking: pick up the liner with your left hand and show a little leg, it drapes the cape of the dress beautifully and gets it out of the way). The neckline is actually a long scarf like tie (you can see it in other pictures) and looks stunning tied in a knot or a bow.

this is an absolutely incredible dress. I wore it out on my 30th birthday and felt like an actual movie star. and it is so comfortable, and has pockets!! you HAVE to rent this dress.

The only con is that the length is long. I wore super high heels to accommodate, but I'm also petite. So petite people should keep that in mind.

Fit was true to size; a lot of fabric as other reviewers said - watch the ties when you go to the loo! Lots of ways to tie the neck - RTR had pressed the ties in half (down the middle) which is not what was in the store but worked out ok (think wider is better). Perfect rental - you can only wear this one once!

I went with a different dress for my occasion, this was a backup - but would wear this to a number of events! Unique and a bit different for those who balk at more traditional formalwear. Felt a bit like a Star Wars senator at a Galactic Gala! The material is heavy and the dress feels high quality but is very comfortable. Would have needed a proper heel.

It was pretty big, but a slight safety pin did the trick. It was so comfortable and it looked pretty different. Perfect for this event.

This dress was beautiful, but as others have mentioned, a lot of fabric.

It is hard to make a review of a dress that runs so big that it feels like you are wearing a tent! I am pretty true size 4 and wear a size 32ddd bra and this dress was several sizes too big!

This dress was spectacular and so comfortable. Beautiful color, fabric, and cut.

Loose and flowing so fit isn't a huge issue. Also has one pocket so that's nice.

This is probably my very favorite dress I've rented so far.... so much whimsy, so much movement. I wore it for hours after my event because I just didn't want to take it off. Massive amounts of fabric... wonderful heavy weight... but not as in 'weighing you down'. Very long.... Depending on what you're wearing it for the length and amount of fabric could potentially be an issue. But it was beyond perfect for me. Even given my height, or lack thereof, the extreme length only added to the drag-on-the floor drama!

Tried to find a full length photo but the photos didn't do the dress justice. I got so many compliments and it was so comfortable to eat in and dance the night away. And there are POCKETS!!!! Who doesn't love that??? I felt like a celebrity on at a red carpet event in that dress. Definitely recommend!!

Very flowy and elegant

I ended up NOT wearing this dress. It was a lot of material, ran very large and just not that flattering. Dress is heavy so it pulls. I would base the size on the fit from the shoulder to underarm. I am usually an 8. I ordered both an 8 and a 6. Both were to big. A 4 would have fit perfect. Such a shame because I loved this dress in the picture. I called RTR and they were great. Overnighted a different dress that was amazing on me.
