Flattering, gorgeous dress
This is pretty true to size, perhaps slightly on the small side. I am pear shaped and this was a super flatting gown. I received lots of compliments. I would order the long size if you are 5'5"+ and plan on wearing heels.

Wayyyy too short
This was my first pick but I ended up not wearing it. I ordered the 8L and it was wayyy too short, even with flats. I am 5"7"-5'8", and my friend that was 5'6" couldn't even wear it because of the length. I would not recommend this dress to anyone taller than 5'4", even the extra length dress. It was a cute dress, but it was clingy and made out of a fabric that isn't the most expensive looking. Overall, it was pretty tight when most 8's are usually loose on me if anything. I like the design, I just wish it was longer!

Amazing dress, lot of compliments
This was my backup dress but there was no question as to which I was going to wear for a black tie wedding. The material is luxurious and drapes well. The neckline and shoulder are flattering and there is a little train that makes it that much more of a statement dress. Overall it fit well, but the Long was very long. I am around 5'7" and with 3" heels on it still hit the floor and caused me and other people to step on it. If you are 5'7" - 5'8", wear 4" heels.

Great color!
This dress received a lot of compliments at a black tie optional wedding I recently attended I got the R and wore low heels. I could have work the L as well. The dress is snug in the chest and arms and of course loose and flowy in the skirt. The color really popped and I received a lot of compliments. I would say if you have a large chest, size up for your backup just in case. If you are 5'7" (like me) you can order the R with 2-2.5" heels or the L with 3.5-4" heels.

Flattering, pretty color
This dress runs large, esp for those that are smaller on top. It is on the longer side (knee-length) but the dress overall is very flattering and the color is great! I got a ton of compliments and it paired great with the Kate Spade Opening Night necklace, an idea I got from another review!

Pretty Dress, but runs Big!
This was a backup dress RTR sent me after I had problems with my first choice. I would have worn this dress to my shower as it was beautiful and had great detail, it was just too big on top. If you are top-heavy, this would be a good dress as well. Order a size down for your backup size!

Flattering dress for many different events
This dress is well made and very flattering. I wore this to a rehearsal dinner and received a ton of compliments. It was a bigger hit than my other RTR dress for the actual wedding (although I liked that one too). It highlights the smallest part of the waist and the vertical pleats on the skirt have an elongating effect. The keyhold is sexy but still classy. You can dress this up with fun jewelry and heels or put leather flats on for a more casual look.

I REALLY liked this dress! Wore it to a black tie wedding this past weekend. The size runs a bit large so order a size down as your back-up. The ruching is flattering and accentuates the hourglass shape. I would recommend this dress to taller ladies b/c the fabric is slightly heavier and petites may feel like it's too much (as you see w/ the previous review). The beading detail was VERY pretty and gave it a romantic, almost 20s kinda feel.
