Very cute - but the waist runs small.
this was unbelievably tight in the waist on a 4. I have a 27” waist, this must be a 25-26” on a size 4.

Great dress, just the right amount of sparkle.
Great length for someone tall, loved the ruffle front bc I have a small chest, super flattering. Little tight on the hips, but felt comfortable for the whole night.
