Fits great
A very pretty blue, the waist is a tailored in a great way. I wish it had a few less ruffles. Received lots of compliments.

The material is a heavy cotton, keeps it shape. Great for traveling. Wish the length was either shorter or longer. Fell right at my knees. Very comfortable in very hot weather.
