I wore this shirt for a fun date night with my husband!  I love RTR because I can indulge my 'something new' habit..even for more normal events.  I normally don't like many prints or stripes but this was unique enough to give it a try.  The sash is not as long as pictured on the model.  I tried it tied in a knot and then opted for a sinple tie/drape and secured with a few safety pins to secure.  It does have a habit of riding up a bit but it was not too bad!  The interior black t-shirt fabric makes it feel warmer.  Plus, the other comments are true...the color are more fall toned.  (the "white" stripes are more cream colored).  Overall, I really liked it and woudl rent it again!

It lends itself towards autumn colors but as far as fabric and fit can be worn any time of year.  I really loved this top.  I just used two safety pins to hold the ties where I wanted them to stay and it worked out great.  If I hadn't read other reviews and chose to pin them immediately, I'm sure it would have been annoying and come undone all night, but I avoided that frustration from the get go. I wore it to a family birthday party one night, then to work. 

I wore this top for work and loved it. The fit was just right and it has the right amount of coverage for an office environment. Would rent again. 

It took a while to learn how to tie the shirt. Great material. It's not a brite red like the picture, but still loved it. 

quality is like one would expect from a high end designer. It one of those exactly as it appears. It's supper cute. Wore 4 times. May hang onto a while to wear with white jeans. No complaints. 

It is a little short- but I think it needs to be for the fit to be correct. I just have a long torso 

Just meh. Nice color combo, and fun/funky design with the tie waist, just not wowed. I'm usually a 0-2, but the only size avail was a S (2-4 in this top) and it felt big overall when trying on. 

Loved the colors and style, fabric is gorgeous and very comfortable.  My only complaint would be that the sash had a tendency to come untied as I moved so was a bit annoying to keep adjusting. 

This great blouse has a very nice fabric and print, but I found myself constantly tying and re-tying the sash. It looks great from the back, and it looks great from the front, as long as you don't move. Ended up pinning the sash together in the best spot and that helped.  That's why the 4 stars. Paired with high waist black jeans one night and black wide leg pants another 

This blouse feels great on and it looks nice.  The tie is too small for my hips so I couldn't wear it as shown in the photo of the model and had it as a waist tie instead.  If you look closely at that photo you will see a tab hanging under the tie; I tucked that bit into the waist of my pants, which looked much nicer.

Fit well. Comfortable. I particularly liked how it reached to my elbows, I don't like tops that show my upper arms.  Kept me cool. It was a nice top to wear in an office environment in the summer. Downsides: The color of the "white" stripes was very gray, made the top look like it was old.  Also the way the bottom wrapped and the asymmetrical section didn't really stay put, so I had to keep tucking it in place. 

I love the sash on this shirt. There is a tshirt liner on the inside that makes this very comfortable! 

The shirt is short and the tie situation didn't stay put. Fun colors and pattern. 

I liked the idea of this top and it was fun to wear, but it wasn't flattering, especially the side view. 

I wanted to love this, but no matter how tight or loose, high or low, that I tied the sash, I always looked like I have a bulky midsection. It overwhelmed my frame, and the inner lining makes the garment less fluid and flowy than you'd assume based on the outer satin fabric.

The colors allow for lots of options to wear with pants, shorts or skirts.

PROS: I really liked the style of the top. The shape is comfortable and flattering. Some people complained about the tie, but I didn't have any trouble getting it to look/tie right.
CONS: I wish the colors were a bit brighter. These were a little too dull for my taste.

I was disappointed with this one. I wasn't expecting a wow factor but I was bummed the coloring of the shirt isn't as bright as in the picture. Didn't end up wearing.

This top looked great on my figure. A nice way to switch it up at work--not another button down. The colors are not quite as vibrant as shown in the photo.

Fun, comfy shirt.  Looks great with cream colored jeans.  Sash not a problem for me, as I double knotted it, and it stayed in place.

I loved this shirt and received compliments from colleagues at work as well as strangers I came into contact with!

This top fits well. The top thru the shoulders is my least favorite part. Not that flattering but the tie makes up for it.

The "flap" would have been awkward if left out - HOWEVER- it was great tucked it! It gave the illusion of a snug, clean look.  

Wore this to work but could have definitely sized down to an XS. The shoulder/sleeve kept slipping due to the larger scoop neckline. The asymmetrical hemline was cool and the long tie added some visual interest. I was a little disappointed with the color vibrancy though - it came in a more muted color tone. 

Shirt fit great. I got a medium (I am a 36DDD). Love the design and the print. Great for everyday or for work. 

This is a nice top.   I ordered it in the fall so it was already a bit to summery for a cold climate.  However, I wore it once and liked it.  

stylish, beautiful color palette, great fit.  I unfortunately could not match hue with any of my skirts or trousers but will definitely consider re-rentingas it is a special piece

This top is so cute with jeans and sandals. I wore it for a week day date night but it could be worn almost anywhere.  Very versatile.  Love the side tie.  Very flattering.  I love that it is lined so it gives it some weight.

I wore this blouse under a black jacket for the formal part of the event and then took the jacket off. The colors are definitely more muted than they appear online but the cut of the blouse and the belt are so great.. and really flattering. It was really fun to wear, looked chic, and I got a ton of compliments. Definitely stands out! 

I played around with the wrap a bit, but overall I really liked this top. You can make it tight or keep it looser.

This was a great top for work and casual wear. It was a stylish way to spice up the mundane at work and I received numerous compliments. 

So many compliments on this top!!  Perfect fit and again, very flattering!!  I absolutely love Rent the Runway!!!

I liked this and wore it twice. The tie has black backing, which is one thing I would change. I thought the top looked much better with navy or color pants than with black, but the bit of black backing on the tie would flip over and be visible and just not fit in. 

Wore out to dinner Saturday night then again for. Work today. Many compliments. Very comfortable,
