Too small in the hips
RTR recommended a medium but that does not work if you have larger hips. If you are pear shaped/have a big discrepancy between waist and hips, consider sizing up.

Fun colors
A fun top for work with some great colors. It’s long, and needs to be tucked in. It has a tie in the neck at the back that lets you loosen or tighten the neck line. Brings some great brightness to the winter!

Not for pear shape
This dress is really cute, but cut for someone with a straight body. It fit in the hips but the waist was huge. I didn’t wear it, to be flattering, it needed serious alterations to take the waist in.

Runs small compared to other Ralph Lauren lines
Cute dress, nice print, not lined. Compared to other lines from the same company (e.g. Lauren Ralph Lauren) it runs much smaller. RTR recommended an 8 and it was comically tight and hard to get off.

Easy dress for work
This dress fit very well and is cut just right for people with smaller waist/larger hips. Perhaps runs a bit large (I am normally a 10 and the 8 was perfect). Very easy to throw on for work. My only annoyance was that the cuffs are a slightly tight if you need to bend over/reach your arms.

Not for pear shape
I was hoping this would work, but it is not cut for people with hips. I would have had to size up 1 - 2 sizes to make the hips work and it was already too large in the waist. Did not wear.

Good work top
Lovely color and print, very easy to throw on for work. The buttons are not quite the best placement - if you only unbutton the top one, it’s pretty high and unbuttoning two makes it too low. But this is a overall minor complaint - the top still looked nice.

Though this looks like something that would work if you are pear shaped, it was far too small in the hips for me. I would have needed to size up 1 - 2 sizes. It is also very shiny - I didn’t care for the look.

Nice color, not great for pear shape
This dress is a really nice color and easy to throw on for work. I was able to make an 8 work (same size I have worn in some other dresses from this line and what RTR recommended) but this is a straighter cut than some others. It was slightly tighter than I would have liked - if you are pear shaped/bigger in the hips, it might be worth sizing up. It did fit very well in the top.

Cute but long
I wore this for work and was pleasantly sueprised that it fit me so well - I struggle to find things that are narrow enough at the waist but big enough in the hips. This was a very nice fit, though a touch long and had to be worn with heels. The fabric is quite thin and the slit in the front a little low but it's a cute dress.

Great Work Dress
This is a simple dress with a lovely color that is great for work. You can just slip it on and go. I am VERY MUCH a pear shape with a huge difference between waist and hips and this fits perfectly. I'm considering buying it - it's a really great basic and the seaming is very flattering.

Cute, but struggled to keep it buttoned
This is cute and graphically striking top for work, but some of the buttons are very small and kept slipping through the holes. While the ties somewhat hid this problem, I only wore it once because of this. Fit was true to size though the cuffs were a bit tight. It's a thicker fabric than some other shirts from this brand and this does make the ties a bit bulky if you want to do a bow.

Small at the waist
I loved the look of this dress but it runs on the small side. It was extremely tight around the rib cage, waist and hips and I couldn't wear it. I can wear an 8 in many things, but I would need to size up 1 - 2 sizes to be able to wear this.

Great dress
This dress fit though it was right on the edge of being too small. It's not a dress for hot days, since the top is multiple layers. But the print is fun and it was extremely flattering, especially if you are smaller on the top than the bottom - it balances you out. Would absolutely rent again, I loved it.

Very fun
I loved this sweater, looked great with jeans and casual shoes. I got a lot of compliments in it and would definitely rent again. It's a loose cut but not baggy and a good length. Very fun.

cute but VERY short
This dress fit perfectly except that it was extremely short (and I am not very tall). If I lifted up my arms, my butt was hanging out. I didn't wear it, even with tights it was too short for me.

Cute but itchy
This is a cute sweater with nice colors and a fun button detail. Very warm. It was fairly loose and I could have sized down except around the hips, which were perfect. However, it is VERY itchy - I wore it for work and couldn't wait to take it off at the end of the day, so it needs something underneath.

Cute coat, not warm
This is a cute coat that works in cool, but not cold weather (I am in northern New England). The pockets are right on the hips, so while it looked ok open, it made my hips look bulky when closed.

Very close fitting
I did a size larger than recommended, but still found it to be too low at the top and too close fitting around the hips. Combined with being above the knee, it just didn't feel right for work. Lovely print though.
