Gorgeous dress for a formal work event!
After reading the other reviews, I decided to size down for my back-up size. This was a MISTAKE. The 10 fit but was extremely snug on me - especially in the arms and the butt area. The length was perfect for me. I would probably have worn the 12 if I had had the option. Still got lots of compliments.

Perfect for a formal work event!
Great dress - this was actually my second rental! The fit of the 12 was better on me but didn't fit as well in the shoulders, so I went with the 14. Very comfortable, nice stretch. Fell above the knee on me.

Was skeptical at first, but it was perfect! Great for tall women.
I'm super tall, so it's always hard to find great dresses that are appropriate for work events. I got this dress as a replacement for a back-up when that one was damaged and was initially nervous about the slit in the back being too high. It ended up being the perfect combination of elegant and sexy. Wish I could own this dress forever!

Fun and flirty!
The dress is gorgeous and fit my body like a glove. I usually wear a size 10 and am glad that I got the 12 because it fit perfectly!. The dress has a classiness and elegance to it that i just loved. Plus the color is so fun! I highly recommend but encourage to size-up!

Amazing color, comfortable fit!
This dress was perfect for my event at the opera! This was sent to me as my backup dress. At first, I wasn't particularly enthusiastic about the dress from the photo, but it is STUNNING in person. I loved the color and got compliments all night. I am also very tall and it was perfect for a semi-work event -- it hit just above the knee. I definitely recommend!

True to size but short in length
I ordered this in a 10XL as my back-up dress and it was definitely not XL. It fell above my ankles. The fit was great and the dress is beautiful. Wish it could have worked out!

Inconsistent lengths and sizes
I ordered this dress in a MXL and a LXL. The medium was the perfect length, but the neckline and arms were too small. The large was the perfect size, but the length was too short. Luckily, I called RTR and they sent me two additional gowns in time for my event. Phew!

Gorgeous dress. Not super comfortable.
Great fit and long enough (with flats) in the 10XL. The only problem was that the arms were a bit too tight for comfort. I think the 12 would have fit better but I didn't have it. Went with another dress instead!
