Nice fabric and fully lined-- it looks great with jeans or a dress.
This gets true to size. However, the sleeves are very long and don't look great cuffed. I'm also petite and most jacket sleeves are long on me.

Pretty color
This is a vey pretty blouse. It fit everywhere except the seam across the front of the shirt is not flattering for larger breasts. I'm a 38DD and the seam made the shirt unflattering.

I rented this for work.
The fit on this jacket is great. It is made from a great heavy material and is perfect for work. It has pockets which are handy but if you are petite (I'm shorter waisted and longer legs), the pockets may hit at the wrong part of your hips actually making one's hips look puffy. If you are sensitive to that, this may not be for you. Otherwise, it's great.
