Neck buttons were hard to do myself
The dress fit great and was beautiful for a work awards ceremony. Would easily have worked for a wedding or cocktail type party. Just a warning that the buttons at the neck were very difficult for me to do on my own and I gave up and had help later. I did not need to wear a bra or figure out something as the lace layers would have hid anything!

The 6 and 8 were not an option and I’m often times an 8. Figured wearing a 10 in this type float not tight dress would work. I was swimming in it which made the ruffle sleeves look even more huge on me. I did not wear it was so large looking on me

I wore this for an awards meeting for work and it was beautiful. A few people mentioned how extremely large the top was but I didn't agree that it was not wearable. The tea length was beautiful. Size was great too.

Casual work dress
I wore this to a casual work event and it was perfect. Not too short for my longer legs. It's also not tight/formed fitting so very true to size. I loved it, I've rented it twice.

Little bit of silver flash
This top looks great! It's long enough on the torso to make it an everyday wear but has a nice special accent of the silver! It has a second layer so that the metallic silver isn't itchy on your skin. Like most off the shoulder shirts and dresses, it pops up past your shoulders pretty easily so just be aware that it will. That's the only reason this is not a 5 star top to me.

Don't size up!
I sized up to the XL/10 because a review of someone who had wide shoulders suggested it. This felt like it swallowed be. The picture makes it look better than it felt on. I'm small chested Large B small C and I didn't fill out the top at all. The waist is also not even touching me. I'm athletically built, between 8 and 10. I wish I had ordered the L maybe even the medium. Super super cute just too big on me!

Wish I had gone down sizes
I rented this for a wedding welcome party and really loved the color, cut, and fabric of the dress but this was a good 2 sized to big. Reading reviews I thought I was a Large with the option of a medium (they did not have the backup size of medium when I rented). I wish I had checked for the small. The tie in the back would have made renting a small completely doable along with the great elastic waste. I did not end up wearing this as I looked pretty frumpy. I'm typically an 8/10 on RTR and this large was huge.
