Very versatile piece!
I wore it to work with black pants and heels and out with friends with jeans and flats. Such a cute top!

Conservative dress with a fun surprise.
Wore this to my work Xmas party and it was perfect. Conservative enough but the cut out in the back made it "party-worthy." Got lots of compliments. The double zipper in the back was a tad tricky but not a huge issue.

So cute but so short!
I ended up wearing as a tunic with leggings because it was so very short - especially for work. However I got so many compliments anyway. I really loved the neckline and sleeves. The only issue was it did rub my neck weird after wearing it all day. I would still rent it again though.

Beautiful color but the fit was not flattering.
I wanted to love this, but... It was an odd fit for me. Very short and it was excessively baggy under my arms. Just fit very odd on my frame. I felt frumpy in it and pretty sure I looked frumpy in it because I got zero compliments!

It's not a sweater.
It's a thin shirt. It's an okay basic black shirt...but it's def not a sweater. It's also on the short side so it's best with high waisted jeans/pants or skirts.

This jacket is AWESOME
This is one of my favorite pieces from RTR. I've had it less than a week and worn it 3 different ways to three different events already. You can belt it and wear it with dress pants and heels for a dressy look, un-belted with jeans/leggings for casual chic, belted with jeans, with black jeans, with grey jeans, with "leather" leggings, etc. The style, color and print make it incredibly versatile. I love it!

Runs very small but it's a nice dress for day to night - if you aren't tall cause it's short!
I sized up two sizes based on reviews and it fit me perfectly (usually wear a 2). It is however, very short. I wore it with tights and am only 5'4" so it was fine but anyone taller should beware! I couldn't tell from the photos but was surprised to see when I received it that the sleeves are an embroidered lace which gave it some nice personality. I wore with a jacket to work and then ditched the jacket for dinner with the girls!

Nice dress for work with a bit of modern flair.
I wanted to size up based on reviews but a 4 wasn't available so I ordered my typical 2. It fit but was really tight around the chest and arms which made it feel a tad uncomfortable but it actually looked really nice. If I order again I will size up. I loved that this dress was a nice mix of professional and fun. I would have given it 5 stars but in some places the "leather" looked to be rubbed/worn. I don't think it was too noticeable but it did give the dress a "tired" look when it was inspected closely.

Nice work basic with a twist.
Nothing super special but really cute. I wore it a couple times (with jeans to dinner with the girls and with black pants for work) and it's a nice basic with a twist but it's not a show stopper. It's a great work piece.

Just okay fit-wise, gorgeous color.
It's just okay. Was originally sent the 0 I ordered (sized down based on reviews) but it smelled horribly of BO and had stains. RTR offered to send another but didn't have in 0 so I took my reg 2. It was a bit loose in the waist so I belted - which worked but wasn't anything spectacular. The color is amazing for fall and the color (not the dress) received compliments all day!

Not flattering
This dress is very body con in all the wrong places (Mid section, hips). It's just not flattering and too fitted for work. It is a beautiful color though.

Interesting top for work.
I dressed it up with black skinny trousers and heels but would have been adorable with jeans too. You have to wear a cami underneath as the detail part is see thru and it's already really fitted so size up to allow for the extra layer.
