Very elegant
Got lots of compliments on the dress. It was very comfortable and was not too bright of a cobalt. The only thing is that it did get caught in my heels at points and it did feel a little stretched out. If you are my height and are wearing heels I would definitely get a long.

The bag was big enough to fit my iphone and ID and money. It was beautiful but honestly nothing that special for the price.
