I was able to eat, drink, and dance with no issues. It was comfortable, fit true to size, and it was absolutely beautiful. I received complements all night, and my husband loved it. It's a beautiful royal blue and stood out from the crowd. The cut and lines are very flattering. 

This dress was stunning! It is form-fitting but is stretchy, comfortable, and easy to move around in. I had no problems getting low on the dance floor! :-) I received compliments from students and colleagues all night long. This dress will not disappoint! I highly recommend it for your next formal affair. 

I loved this gown! It was actually a backup that was sent as the one I ordered became unavailable. I’m usually an 8, but in form fitting dresses I go up to a 10. I am broad in the back, which sometimes gives me trouble getting the fit right on top, but this dress had give in it and hugged curves and pulled in where needed. I wore 10L. Being tall, it’s hard to get a dress that I can wear with heels and still be long enough but this dress fit the bill.

This dress was so comfortable and easy to dance in.  The royal blue color is absolutely beautiful!  The lace makes the dress look and feel more elegant.  I received so many compliments on this dress, it made me feel like a million bucks! Didn't want to send it back!

This dress was incredibly comfortable, a bit of a stretchy material, I loved the open back.  I'm 5'4'' and the length was just perfect, I could have worn flats if I wanted to.

This was my first time using RTR and I was super nervous before my dress arrived (early!). But once I tried it on, it was perfect! I sized up for my backup just in case, since I'm pretty busty (34E) but it wasn't necessary. My normal size 10 fit like a glove! I wore a strapless bra only so I didn't have to worry about the straps showing, but I could have worn a regular bra if I had wanted to. The lace detail hid any problem areas I was worried about and made the dress form fitting but not tight. It was super comfortable all night and once I slipped into it, I (amazingly) never adjusted or thought about it again- I've never experienced that with any other dress ever! I'm between 5'6" and 5'7" but I ordered the R, which was a gamble that paid off. I wore 2.5 inch heels and the dress hit the floor exactly. I've received tons of compliments since this dress is not only gorgeous but unique. There weren't any other dresses even remotely similar at the wedding I attended. Have another wedding in two weeks and will definitely be using RTR!

This dress was amazing!  The color really stood out at the black tie wedding where I wore it -- even with all the spring shades.  The deep blue/purple color is lovely in person and photographs well.  This dress is quite comfortable and looks really elegant!  It fit well and stayed put all night.  Even the back is gorgeous!

Would definitely recommend wearing wedges with this one as regular heels can catch in the lace train, especially while dancing!  Heels are probably necessary for most ladies wearing this one...As other reviewers have said, this dress can be pretty long.  I'm 5'4" and wore ~3" heels.

The dress was fantastic! I ordered a 2 and a 4 as I wasn't sure which one would fit better.  When it arrived I found that the two fit like a glove.  It hugged my curves and had a bit of give to it which made it very comfortable to dance and eat in.  I wore heels that were about 3" which was just about right for my height in relation to the length of the dress.  The only downside was that it was a bit difficult with stairs, but other than that it was amazing.  I would definitely use RTR again. 

I was a little hesitant about this dress when I ordered it but as soon as I put it on I fell in love.  It hugged me in all the right places and was incredibly comfortable.  I danced all night and it has the perfect amount of stretch so it was not constricting.  The blue really pops in pictures and is a great stand out of all the black.  I wore a strapless bra with no issue.  I didn't want to send it back!!

This dress was truly beautiful! I followed the other reviews and sized  down and I'm so glad I did!  The regular length wasn't available so I had to go with the long, but I wore 3 inch heels and it was the perfect length (maybe just a centimeter or so too long).  I just had my second baby 10 weeks ago and this dress perfectly hid my midsection. :). Great dress!

I'm currently between a size 8 and size 10, so I got both in 'long' (as suggested by the site based on my height).  The 10L fit well but was much too long, even in tall heels.  Luckily the dress is fairly stretchy, and the 8L worked fine as well.  With bra clips I think you could get away with a normal bra, but I had none so used a strapless - but the dress is tight, so it held the bra in place and there was no adjusting needed!  Used a spanx-like slip underneath just to keep everything smooth, but it's a flattering dress either way.  The dress is comfortable, and looked great.  Paired it with some bright earrings from the site and was good to go.  I'd definitely recommend, and would rent again! 

I wore the dress to my sorority formal and it was perfect! I was worried about sizing because of my small frame, but it fit like a glove. 

The dress fit perfectly with the 2R. I'm glad I went with the 0 & 2, I'm usually a 0 but the 2 fit like a glove. It hugs curves without being too revealing. It's not the style I usually go for since it's a bit of a mermaid style and has the angles tiers of lace, but turns out that actually looks good on me (I'm fairly straight and narrow so it accentuated what little I do have). 

Only cons: the sleeves get a bit tangled when trying to get on and off the hanger, the zipper's a bit sticky ( it's dealing with a lot of lace bulk, so just give it some good tension and it slides ok), and I tripped myself on the ends a bit (I wore flats so it hit the ground).

I typically wear an 8 so I ordered the 8 long. I'm almost 6ft and was still able to wear two inch heels and the dress still almost hit the floor. Fits perfectly, stretchy, comfortable yet still form fitting. I was able to wear a strapless bra too. Wore this to a charity benefit.  Got tons of compliments!

Overall, I loved the dress! I ordered a 4L and was a little bit hesitant because I was worried it would drag on the ground. I wore three inch heels and even when I took them off the dress was not bogging me down on the floor. The fabric is very stretchy and extremely comfortable (even after a big dinner). The only con was the bust area was very small and I have to readjust several times so nothing would show. First time using RTR and they were spectacular! 

Pros: looks amazing, fits in the right places, and it's a stretchy material so if you need to eat in it or you just get bloated, it stretches with you!
Cons: I'm 5'4 ish and I had to wear a 3 inch heel for it to be good length and not drag/step on it. Also, the straps are a little big in the back, but that may be beacause I don't have very wide shoulders...?
Overall: I'm obsessed. This dress was awesome, and everyone I saw had a compliment about it! I totally recommend!!!

This dress fit me very well! I'm 5'8" & I wore 3 inch heels with the 4L and it was perfect. This dress was very flattering on me and the low-cut, tight neckline of the dress made me look a lot less flat-chested than I really am, so that's a plus! I wore a strapless bra with this, by the way. The dress was so comfortable and the fabric was very flexible! I recommend this dress to people, like me, with athletic figures. Overall the dress was gorgeous (I wore it to Prom) and I received endless compliments throughout the night! 

I used a chiffon bolero which went very well with the gown since it was a windy day.

I got so many compliments on the dress, including from the bride herself. I am usually a size 0 and that's what I wore. The size 2 could have worked but the 0 was more flattering. It was long in the straps and the length, even with high heels. Luckily because of the lace I was able to temporarily hem it! It fit like a glove but was still extremely comfortable and I was able to move well. The color is beautiful as well. The dress was in good condition, this is my second time renting and I will sure be doing it on a regular basis.

The fit is true to size and the dress stretches to fit your body like a glove.  I wore this to a wedding and got many compliments, the dress felt good too!

I had to wear very high heels in order for the dress not to drag. I think I work 3-4" heels and that was perfect for my 5'3" frame. The dress drops "heavy" on your body, which somehow works out really well in terms of making your curves look amazing in all the right places. I felt comfortable with a strapless bra with the right amount of cleavage. I was not able to wear a regular bra as the straps showed through in random places in the back. This dress was amazing. I felt confident and comfortable all night! 

Pros - Color was eye-catching and worked with my skin tone, the material was slightly stretchy and works well with all body types, the neckline was unique and complimented my body type (top heavy), and the dress was long and elegant making you feel like royalty :)

Cons-None (I absolutely loved this dress)

This dress very pretty on, it was stretchy so I didn't feel uncomfortable after dinner and dessert :)  The only downside was it smelled of dry cleaning fluid so I had to air it out before wearing it.  No one seemed to notice which was good.  

This dress looked so much better in person! It is perfect for athletic or curvy women. The lace covered my arm fat at the top and the back of the dress was breathtaking. I didn't get to wear it because the wedding was cancelled. Yikes. 

It fit true to size. I wore 2 1/2 inch heels and the dress just touched the floor. I wore a strapless bra. There was a stretch to the fabric, which made it easy to move around and sit down in. 

I usually wear a 2 but got the 2 and the 4 r . I was worried about length bc I am 5'2 but with 3 inch heels it was perfect. It's stretchy which is a good thing and a bad thing. No hamburgers for me that night but it gave me curves I DO NOT have. I knew no one at This event and felt so amazing.  I was able to dance, sit and relax with this dress. The 4 fit, it was just a little looser so I stuck with the 2. The added detail of the lace straps just ensured I wasn't pulling it up all night like a strapless dress. So happy with my first rental!!!!! 

I am short (5'1 and some change to be precise) and I have a very large bust (32G) so I have trouble finding dresses that fit me appropriately.  This dress stretches and accommodated my large bust.  It was very comfortable and with 4 inch heels it wasn't too long.  A petite version would be great for anyone that doesn't love wearing heels.  I was able to dance the night away at a Mardi Gras ball.  I highly recommend this dress! 

I wore this for an Annual Awards Banquet. It was very comfortable and the color was a fun play off my husbands blues. Classy but comfy!

I absolutely loved this dress.  First and foremost, it was such a low maintenance dress.  I slipped it on and didn't fidget with it all night.  Second, I received compliments from nearly everyone one how beautiful it was.  Since the dress has a little bit of a stretch it fit like a glove.  Also, I was able to wear a regular bra with it so there was no fussing with a strapless.  I loved the detail in the back. The color looks brighter or darker depending on the kind of light you're in but that didn't bother me at all. I would absolutely recommend this dress - it was def a home run for my event.

I'm going to say this dress runs on the larger size because I typically wear a 4 sometimes 2. But the 2 was definitely loose and after reading reviews I ordered the 0 instead of the 4 as my backup and am I ever glad I did!! It's stretchy so it hugs the body and shows it off in all the right places yet hides the things we don't like to show off. I am 5'8" so the long was the perfect length. I wore 3" heels as well as slippers for the dancing portion of our evening.

I got this dress for a black tie wedding in NYC and was lucky enough to go to the RTR store in SoHo to try on several wonderful dresses before deciding on this one. It was so easy and the Stylists were fantastic. The dress was easy to wear and comfortable even though it was form fitting. I got tons of compliments and I'm so glad I rented from RTR!

Really liked this land almost wore but just slightly off. It was too big in shoulders and would have had to pin straps. Requires a bra or it looks like you're wearing a sports bra (makes you flat if you have a chest). Worked with regular "third love" bra but definitely would have been concerned with having to tuck in all night. Clearly has been rented a lot. Not in the best shape (the lace)

Fit very well. Loved the stretch and fabric. It was a good length, although usually I need a petite as I am 5'5". Only minor complaint is that I kept having to pull up the bust so my bra didn't show. I received many compliments!

This was my 8th rental and one is my favorites. The dress was not only gorgeous, but it was a perfect fit and very comfortable. There were two additional layers under the dress so it kept my legs warm (wedding was at the end of December) without it being too heavy or hot on the dance floor. It was easy to zip and form-fitting, but the dress stretched. I also loved the color. I received so many compliments throughout the night. Don't delay, rent this dress! (I'm 5'6", 125lbs., and I wore a 6R.)

Fit was a little looser than expected, but not bad. Color is fabulous, and cut is just right to emphasize all the assets without revealing too much.

This dress is absolutely beautiful, and I enjoyed every minute of wearing it.  The color is sensational, especially for a summer event! I wore it to a wedding back in June and received compliments all night!

It is very form-fitting, so ladies who like to show off their curves and figures ....go for it! It is rather busy-minimizing, which I don't usually like.  But I wore a strapless push-up bra to give myself a little shape, and I was go to go! 

I've worn this dress twice - once pregnant and once not. I've loved it both times. When I wore it 5 months pregnant, I chose one size up. It's incredibly comfortable and I got lots of compliments. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the last time I ordered it, the buttons on the back/neck closure were missing. 

Hugs in all the right places, comfortable, slightly stretchy. The straps were a little loose on me, but I think only I noticed. It was a little long on me. The 2 and the 4 both fit pretty well. I went with the 4 because the straps were less stretched out. The cutout in the back is beautiful. Overall, I loved this dress! I felt so elegant. Would definitely recommend! 

This dress fit like a glove and the color was so pretty against my skin. I will say that I am happy I got the L instead of regular length. 5’6 in height and the L stopped in the right place with 3” heels. 

I rented this dress for a formal wear Murder Mystery dinner. I am just under 2mos pregnant with my 4th child and this dress was SO COMFORTABLE! The fabric is stretchy and very easy to move in. I wore 3.5inch heels and the dress hit the floor perfectly. I am 5'6" about 130lbs. I would surely rent this dress again! The 2L fit, hit the ground nicely but with being newly pregnant I felt more comfortable in the 4L. My only complaint is that it is winter in MN and the cold air went right through the dress, luckily we were not outside very much at all!

I loved wearing this dress! The length was perfect with heels. It was a little snug but it was stretchy. The shoulder straps were way too loose and had to be safety pinned. 

The top flattens your chest quite a lot, an extra bra helps to look normal, it will flatten a C cup to almost nothing. Very form fitting and a nice dress. Not uncomfortable at all. I was able to breathe, which is nice for a formal dress. 

Dress arrived early, which gave me extra peace of mind! Fit like a glove and received tons of compliments. Color stood out amongst those all in black dresses, which I loved. Long length was perfect for a taller person!

The dress looks exactly as pictured in person.  This dress was incredibly flattering, hugged every curve, and camouflaged most of my tummy.  The royal blue was bright and beautiful.  As, I'm short, my only caution is too stay away from stiletto heels wearing this (for others that are vertically challenged).  My heel kept getting caught in the bottom of the dress all night.



I ordered a 4 and 2. I am 5'4" and weigh 120lbs. I have a medium to small frame. Originally I was going to wear the 4 but my daughter told me it was too big in the back so switched to the 2. Although it was very fitting I am glad I went with the smaller size. It was a bit tighter than I typically wear but in the end it was the perfect fit. The material is very giving and easy to move around in.

Stretchy ! Worried it would drag since I'm 5'2". Perfect length with heels. Had problems with zipper and back lace was kind of lose (not tight to skin). Overall, I got a lot of compliments and it was a good experience. 

I got so many compliments wearing this dress! I usually don't wear very form fitting dresses, but this one changed my mind. I usually wear an 8, but wore the 10 due to the fit. Don't think about it, order it! 

Fits torso like a bathing suit, but very comfortable   Because of the stretch lace, it is best not to hang it up as that stretches the shoulders and could make shoulders loose and the dress longer.  I did use a sticky bra which gave more form.  Loved the dress

The length was good for me. I like to wear minimum three inch heels. The straps were a little too long in the back and I couldn't pin them. It wasn't overly noticeable but I spent most of the night needing to pull up the front because of the straps. But I received complements from everyone and they all asked where I got such an amazing dress!

This dress was a blast to dance in, super beautiful and very comfy! The color is breathtaking. The 0R fit so well it's like it was made for me. Would 100% recommend for any formal event! 

I usually wear a 6-8 when not pregnant and I ordered the 10 and 12. I could fit the 10, but it was right and too short by like 6 inches, so I wore the 12. It had plenty of room for my 33week baby bump and looked gorgeous. The straps were a little loose, but I think it still looked just fine. 

I was stopped by complete strangers on the way into my event that just had to tell me how much they loved my dress. This out of the blue complementing went on all night. It was both flattering and a wholly new experience for me. 
This was actually my 2nd choice for the dresses I ordered, but I loved this one in person much more than I originally thought I would. 
I'm basically 5 feet tall so I always have to hem things and a petite did not come in the size I needed. I wore 3.5 inch heels but still had to use hem tape to take the dress up another 2 inches and it fell just to the tops of my shoes.  Even with my inexperienced hemming the dress still moved beautifully. 
My only true problem with the dress is that there was no little plastic straps to hang it up by so after all the hanging it's done the lace that forms the shoulder straps is stretched out and causes the straps to have an odd gaping in the back. 


This dress was so beautiful and so comfortable! I felt great in it. I wore it to my best friend's black tie wedding, it was breathable and my husband loved it so much he asked how much it would be to buy it! Because of the cut in the back I wore one of those front only sticky bras and it was snug enough to keep me comfortable and "held in." Just be aware that for some reason the site shows the dress as a royal blue, but mine was navy - which I preferred, but the reviews show it in different tones so just know that you may get Navy and you may get royal blue. Customer service was no help in clarifying which color I would receive. 

Gorgeous dress, fit perfectly. I am 5'7 and 149 pounds and wear between an 8-10, bra size 34DD. I went with the 10L and had 3" heels and the fit was perfect. Tiny loose in the back but nothing crazy. Got lots of compliments.

Dress had a little more wash wear than I expected that was my only complaint. 

I rented this for my 16yr old daughter to wear to prom. She is 5'2" and about 105 lbs. She loved the dress! We ordered a 2P and a 2R and she ended up wearing the 2R.  The dress her friend is wearing also came from RTR, and was a hit as well. 

I had selected the 10L and 12L and just now realizing they sent the 10R so that explains why the dress was shorter than expected. I am 6'1 and definitely needed the long, but made it work. The dress hugs your body but stretches where needed. I received so many compliments on it. It runs true to size and the top can get very loose if you go up a size.

I wore this gown to a 20 year wedding anniversary celebration.  The fit is true to size.  I am 5'2" and I wore 4 inch heels and the 4R skimmed the floor perfectly.  I received compliments on the dress all night long!  Nicole Miller fits your body wonderfully and is extremely flattering.  This is definitely not the last of her dresses that I'll be renting.

Beautiful, form fitting, comfortable, and very flattering!! I'm pregnant so I had to go up 2 sizes to fit my baby bump! But it was still comfy. Only con was the straps were loose and didn't make a square shape, but it was probably because I wasn't wearing the right size for normal me. I safety pinned them down and made it looks amazing. I got tons of compliments for the wedding I went to, and it made my baby bump look so cute for people to rub!

I rented this dress to wear to my brother's wedding and I'm usually between a dress size 8 or 10. I ended up wearing the 10 bc the dress is a stretchy snug dress. I say if you are between dress sizes and don't want the dress skin tight, opt for the larger size. It's still form fitting and hugs you in all the right places. I got compliments from my mother and even brother! That's huge because they are the most critical people I know! And my brother never ever gave me a compliment in my life lol. I would definitely rent this dress again. It's sophisticated sexy. 

This was a great dress, super comfortable and beautiful. I received compliments all night long.  I would have given it 5 stars but a button was missing from the back of the neck. I used a safety pin so it worked out fine. My hair covered the safety pin so no one was the wiser. The dress is tight from the top to just past the butt. The material is spandex or spandex like so it was very comfortable and moves with you. The regular length was perfect with about 3 inch heel. It can be worn with a strapless bra or a bra with clear straps. I would rent this dress again!
