I typically wear a size 4, but ended up wearing the back-up size 2, which fit closer to the body and was more flattering. I received lots of compliments (aka Facebook likes) and felt pretty slick. It skimmed the body without drawing attention to my stomach, though some women will prefer to wear Spanx with this. Note that I am 5'2 and the dress was about as short as I'd wear and feel comfortable. If I were 5'5 or taller I think I'd be uncomfortable unless I wore something underneath. I'd recommend this dress for women with a C+ sized chest or I think it might look a little shapeless.

I wore with the Fifth Avenue Showstopper dress and they were incredible together. I was desperate to keep the earrings. I've rented them twice, but can't find them anywhere. Highly recommended! I did not find them too heavy.

I am very petite, with a large bust (32G) and a little bit of a tummy, and this dress made the most of my assets while not drawing attention to any trouble spots. The color is a rose-gold which was very complimentary to my skin tone. If you have cool toned skin with pink undertones, I think it will be lovely on you too. It is not too tight around the arms. I've never received more compliments! I wore with the Ocean Moon Earrings recommended and they were stunning. Sorry for not having a full length photo!
