I really really liked this dress. I wore it to a work conference. I threw a jean jacket over it so I wouldn't have fully bare arms, and it was professional and still fashionable yet light enough to sit with for extended periods of time without feeling overly constrained.

A little tight on the chest
It's a great dress and I am a 36D so I probably should have gone up a size but I didn't want to lose the waist clinch it gives you. It was a wonderful light fabric.
